“Well, I ordered the “Military” Universal Frost Buddies and received the “America” Universal Frost Buddies, it’s not worth me mailing them back, but that’s what my Marine Veteran really wanted. Pretty disappointed.”

“I have to admit I was a little skeptical about how well Frosty Buddy would work in keeping my drinks in a container cold. I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised! It does keep your drinks colder longer. After 9 hours I still had ice in my glass. I am thinking these would make great Christmas presents for hard to buy for people.”
“Ok so I bought the frost buddies . I bought three. Chose different colors but when it showed my order I realized they were sending three orange. We were going on family vacation so I needed them right away. I emailed as soon as I realized they were sending three of same color but got no reply for two days. They said I was too late to change my order it was sent out. I immediately ordered two more of two different patterns so we each had a different color or design. Then the ones I ordered second came before the first three orange ones. I got a notice that the first three were coming in two days. So except for your shipping and not so timely answer about my order being changed these seem to work so I will give you a four.”

“Great product, it I was disappointed to find that the 16oz twist off cans do not fit accurately. They will fit, without falling out but are super loose and kind of hard to put the cap on and off. I spend a lot of time at the pool and these are my go-to beverages because they have a twist on cap. I will use it, but I feel like I was tricked with all the universal fit stuff.”

The selection is great but the customer service is even better!! I got the wrong color by mistake and they were so easy to work with on getting it returned and replaced.”

We originally looked at Yetis, but we drink many different things while in the pool and sitting at the dock and this option is by far the best we have tried. 10/5 highly recommend. “They are nice looking. They came in a squished mailer bag out of their boxes rolling loose inside the bag. The boxes in the bag were squished. We tried to use one yesterday and the straw is too big. It won’t stay on the stem inside the cap. So I’m going to have to look for replacement stems that hopefully fit. I’m not sure I would order again due to this. You would think the straw would stay on the stem of the cup since it’s new.”
