“They definitely keep the cans/bottles cold longer than normal coozies! Nice that it fits so many sizes. Heavy duty, it's got some heft to them! My ONLY minor complaint: the Sports Buddy 40oz I have doesn't keep ice cold for 24+ hours like advertised. Keeps my water cold for the day, but ice is gone overnight. Got the suction bumper for the Frost Buddy: awesome! Doesn't tip over yet easy to remove. Highly recommend.”
“Love my frost buddy. Keeps my ice coffee nice and cold for hours. I tend to be a slow coffee drinker and the first buddy keeps my coffee cold and the ice doesn’t melt. No watered down coffee for me. This is an excellent product and I recommend everyone get one of these. You won’t be disappointed.”
“I've had a universal buddy for awhile and I love it so I decided to buy a Togo Buddy as well and it's nice but it arrived with a chip in the paint and I contacted customer service but they only refunded $4 instead of replacing the cup and letting me return the item with a chip in the paint. I would be buying many more for my entire family but after this experience I doubt I'll take the risk of purchasing anything else from this company.”
“From the beginning, I had a horrible experience. Customer service has been great for the most part. There was a very long delay in getting the frost buddy. I was offered a small discount which was great, but I still wanted the item which was long past due.
Then due to an even longer delay, I was offered a 50% discount or a free universal buddy. I went on the Google form and chose a free universal buddy. Weeks later I still have not heard anything about it, so I wrote Customer service, and told them the situation. I told them how I chose a free U.B. and was inquiring about it. They then said they issued the 50% off refund. Like they didn't even read what I wrote. I'm very Disappointed and feel like it's been a 💩 show. I heard great things about the product, n my husband loves his universal buddy he finally got. But I have a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience.”
“I’m obsessed!!! As a nurse I love my iced coffee before my 12 hour night shift. I often get busy and my drink would sit and the ice would melt and I’d have a watered down warm mess. With a frost buddy my drink stays cold for a full 12 hours. Sometimes it feels colder at the end than it did at the beginning. Love this product so much I tell everyone I know about it and I’ve placed 2 more orders.”

“I ordered a frost buddy because a friend of mine owns several different designs and I really liked them. So let me just touch on the pros: the design of the bottle itself is good ir definitely keeps your drinks cool or room temperature even if you’re outside in the heat. I wouldn’t say it keeps it cool for very long but I don’t really ever put ice in it so maybe I can’t attest to that. I love the design of the lid and the lanyard around the lid. I also like the fact that it has a clip to clip it to your bag. I have taken this bottle hiking several times and it doesn’t weigh down your shoulders/back when it’s attached which is nice. Now cons: the version of the lid/lanyard I got from frost buddy seemed like a cheap knock off I could have ordered on Amazon. For starters their pictures are misleading; they show a lanyard with a compass, my friends bottles all came with a compass. The one I ordered did not have a compass. When I contacted the company to complain they said that they no longer have the compasses. So why is it on your website then? Also, my friends lid have the logo etched on to it. The version I got was a cheap stamp that’s already almost completely rubbed off at this point. Soon you won’t be able to tell where I got it from at all which is poor marketing on their part. Lastly, I will say their customer service is very response and they were quick to send me a replacement for the lid & lanyard. The issue is, that the same thing will happen again. I do appreciated their customer service, and regardless I don’t hate the bottle. I’ll definitely still use it, but I would never pay over $30 for another one again. I’ll just go on Amazon!”
