The purple gradient didn’t come with the lid so I messaged customer service and I think it was around 10 at night when I got an email saying it was sent. Awesome customer service!”

“We LOVE our Frost Buddy products and their customer service is wonderful! Their email responses are FUN! All products were shipped so quickly and presentation upon arrival was great. I immediately ordered more for our family and we will indeed be ordering for more family & friends. The To-Go Buddy is a great product and so handy. It keeps ice in your cup and no condensation!
