“I ordered the universal buddy XL but got the Big Buddy 20oz bottle cooler + cocktail shaker. I tried to contact the company 3 times about it with absolutely no response which is quite frustrating. I did get one item correctly and it works great. Just wish there was better customer service.”

It does everything you say it does ! I love that it will keep iced drinks cold for 24 hours plus-- directly inside the cup !
The only request is to either put handles on them, or make the slip on handles available ( I got mine on Amazon ) , especially for the larger cups.
Some of us ladies can't comfortably wrap our smaller ( or arthritic ) hands around them to carry , especially when they're full.

“I was very skeptical at first when I purchased my Frost Buddy. I have several other containers all saying they keep your beverage cold or hot for hours, and don’t. Well I can honestly say that this Frost Buddy does exactly what it says it will do. I purchased a Trenta cold brew and left it in my hot car several different times one day, and every time I came back to my car the beverage was still cold and still had plenty of ice. I actually think my drink got colder the longer it sat in the Frost Buddy. I think I will be purchasing a couple more of these for all of my beverage needs.”
