“The product itself is great. The customer service, slow response, and shipping have a lot to be desired. I was told at the time of order that the color I requested was in stock. I never received a notification that it was NOT in stock. I sent emails asking about my order, tried "live chat", I called and left messages. I finally did receive one response letting me know it would ship "soon". Then, when it did ship - one month later - the tracking information (Route?) didn't work. Did I really pay for that?! All in all, not a very customer-friendly experience. I will pay a little more to order directly from Amazon so I don't need to deal with Frost Buddy customer service. Oh, and be prepared for a LOAD of emails once you order. sheesh. Unsubscribed as soon as I got my product because I didn't want to miss order updates.”

“I received the rainbow universal Frost Buddy and the neon pink sipping lid & straw set as a free gift with purchase and they are great! The only thing I think I would recommend is that the straw be angled at the bottom so that it doesn't sit flat against the bottom of the tumbler, other than that IMO it's perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone!”
