“I now own 3 universal frost buddy koozies in various designs. Overall a nice multi-use koozie.
Pros:keeps the can/bottle very cold for hours. Fits a variety of cans and bottles including slim cans. Fits all varieties of 12oz coke can products and most domestic beer cans & bottles.
Cons:Does not fit 12oz coors light cans no matter how you try or 12 oz yuengling flight bottles. The coors can is a little too tall and the flight bottle is a little wider at the top than other domestics.”

“Love my Frost Buddy!! I usually only drink iced coffee. As a nurse working 12-hour night shifts I get a large iced coffee on my way to work. By the time I used to get to drink it the ice would be melted and it tasted awful, and my cup was sitting in a puddle of water. Not anymore!! My Frost Buddy keeps my ice solid and the coffee undiluted and super cold for hours, just the way I love it!!”

“I really wanted to like this. It was the only product that would hold a 16 ounce craft beer can that I know of. Sadly on Fourth of July we tested it and I got to tell you I was so disappointed ice cold beer did not stay cold. It was not that hot out either. I cannot return because we used them and tossed the poorly made packaging that was munched upon arrival. I purchased my sister the drink cup holder with straw for a birthday present and I hope it works for her. Save your money and buy Cordova products.”
“I have mixed feelings about your company. Your online site and your app offer different products. The color I was wanting is the only one I couldn’t personalize. Then when I did get the product, it was the wrong color. The retuning and exchange of the wrong product was easy except for the part of printing the return label. I had to go to our library to print it because no one seems to have printers anymore.
I gave you a 4 star rating because I really do like your product, but the process of really getting what you want, needs some improvements. Especially on the personalization of your products. I’ve given several Yetis as gifts and they’re all personalized. I really wanted to get one of the dog ones on your app, but they only come in black. You do realize that black works against trying to keep something cold?

“For my last order I did not receive great customer service. My order was delayed and I was never notified. I followed up twice before finding out a color was out of stock. In all I didn’t get these in time for Father’s Day or Fourth of July. I wish I was communicated with.”
