“At first, I was a little skeptical as a water bottle state they keep their items cold. The frost buddy definitely stands up to their product and I am extremely happy with the frost buddy. We bought more so we can enjoy hot or beverages. A fabulous product well worth the money.”
“My order took longer than expected and I was sent email saying they were behind. I was offered a free Frost Buddy because of the delay which was great but I never received it.”
“I love this coozie. It keeps my beer cold for long periods at a time. The only issue is I swear I picked the American flag coozie and the picture showed that I did but the description was for the sage green color and I did not catch that. So I don’t like the color but the coozie does as advertised and I do love using it. If there is a way to change the cart to show the actual color that would as chosen then would be very helpful so you know you are getting the color you chose.”
“As I write this review, the product I ordered still has not arrived. I placed the order 47 days ago. FORTY SEVEN DAYS AGO! I keep getting told the engraver was backed up by two weeks. Nothing on the website, confirmation email, or anything mentioned there would be a delay. Regardless of the initial issue, there is absolutely no excuse in a koozie taking over 6 weeks to ship.”
“Doesn't fit "ALL" cans as advertised... only fits American cans, went to a local beer shop and got several different beer to try from other countries none of them fit.”
“Would be a 5 out of 5 if the customer service would have at-least responded to my email and sent out the packaging in time. Bought a largish order with 4-5 day shipping. Well, here we are on day 6 and the package hasn't even left the original location/origin/factory. I placed this order knowing that one of the included universal buddies was intended as a gift for a close relatives birthday that was in 7 days, expecting for it be be here on time. It’s apparent now that it will not make it.

I deducted one star each for each of these. This is my third order with frost buddy and my largest. No other issues preceded this and the universal frost buddy is a solid product.”
“Product is great! Work well, good feel, doesn’t sweat. Customer service and communication isn’t great though. Half my order arrived promptly, no issues. Waited 3-4 weeks for information about when the other half my order would ship. Had ordered in early June for my wife’s birthday at the end of the month and by that point they couldn’t tell me when my order would be prepared. Reached out several times through email/Facebook with no response. Call support line and actually got a human, but they weren’t able to tell me anything about my order, just that I would be notified when it did ship. Awesome products! I Use them daily but communication from customer support is nonexistent.”
