“I have purchased four Frost Buddies. I loved the three of them and was disappointed with the fourth, my Joe Frost Buddy because the whole idea was to not keep things “frosty”. Quite the opposite I was wanting this one to keep my coffee hot. Really hot for a really long time. It did not and the lid wasn’t sealing tightly. Your customer service is so great! A new cup came very quickly! This one is much better at starting out hot. It keeps coffee quite warm almost til I’m done drinking the first cup. Customer Service: 100% Coffee Temperature: 72%.

Frost Buddy had the perfect cup for my daughter! She was so excited when we received her new Pink Glitter cup for school.
One week after receiving the Sports Buddy cup, she dropped her cup by accident and broke the lid. She was heartbroken! I messaged customer service asking how to go about ordering a new lid and they immediately shipped me a brand new cup.... no questions asked. I was so very appreciative and my daughter was even more excited.
When I received the new cup in the mail, the tab on the top of the lid was broken. I once again had a heartbroken girl. I snapped a picture and emailed customer service again letting them know what happened and that I could ship the cup back. A few days after sending the email, I got a reply letting me know that they were shipping me yet another cup. I was speechless and SO APPRECIATIVE!
I would have purchased a new lid, but Frost Buddy took care of my girl!
