“I am glad you asked me to write a review for your service. I used your services long ago as the proof-reader that I normally use was unable to take the job due to Christmas holidays. It was an important chapter for a book, and I had to pay double as it was during holidays. Very minor changes were proposed in text by your proof-reader which I found a bit strange as I knew myself that certain things could have been better phrased (and that's why I used your service!). The proof-reading from you didn't work, the editors asked me to proof-read it (!). So, I went back to my normal proof-reader, paying again and everything went fine. I think that tells you something about the quality of the work I received. I did think about asking my money back, but I did not want to discuss with people and I drop it.”

Thanks for your review, Lorenza. I am very disappointed to hear that you had a poor experience when using our service. Indeed, this is the first negative review Full Proof has ever received on any review website in our ten years of service. I am unable to check the quality of the proofreading as the work was carried out so long ago and we do not store customers' files that long for security reasons, but please drop me an email if you would still like to resolve the issue.
