“Once assembled (and I had no idea that it didn't come complete), it's is an amazing car, really attractive and the engine noise is brilliant. But the reason I have marked down was the instructions. They were absolutely useless and made no sense, and when you're in a hurry that's not good. Eventually we worked it out and am really happy with the finished results. But definitely something has to be done about the instruction booklet.”

“Easy to find what I wanted and delivered quickly a small crack on the bike visor but too close to Xmas to return. My fault for leaving to late. Excellent product”

“Hi thanks for the quick delivery. I had to do a repair on the eletric bike with the throttle peddle as it was jammed down so soon as I switch it on the back wheel started to spin . Any way i took it apart and repersisioned the switch now it works fine ready for use on Christmas day for my nephew.”

“This is a Christmas present so not yet assembled Good quick customer service regarding delivery ...having paid for specific day delivery, courier attempted to do so day before and I had to re arrange...however fun 4 kids have promised to reimburse me”

“I received the goods within 24 hours and was always updated with delivery details, however, i made a mistake with my original order and had to purchase a second vehicle, returning the first one was difficult and i did not receive very much assistance from Fun4Kids. this is still ongoing therefore i do not know how long it will take to receive my refund”

“Bed delivered 5 days after ordering. No real description of bed on site, had to go onto manufacturers website to find out more. It said made of wood on manufacturers web page, it's actually more like hard density fibre board. Poor quality. my son will probably break the bed in the near future. On the plus side it looks great and he absolutely loves it.”
