“Paid for a named day delivery - which Fun4Kids did not deliver on. Emailed to ask when the delivery would be and no response. There is no telephone number and their helpdesk ticketing service is unresponsive. I have given a rating of good as the product is amazing (it did eventually turn up) but from a customer experience point of view - not great at all.”

“Really fast dispatch the only problem I had was there was a part missing for the four wheels of the car and also the screw on the remote control wouldn't come out and so I had to break the back off to put batteries in to be able to use the remote overall it's a brilliant item just a few minor glitches but excellent buy thank you”

“We're in the midst of building our Plum Pyramid Climbing frame. So here's hoping we have all the bits and bobs. Fun4Kids website and service very good, efficient and with their supply chain partners very quick to deliver the product I ordered. They kept me posted when I was to expect my delivery. Will definitely consider buying from Fun4Kids again. Thank you.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was only a couple of days with the option to track,delivered intact and undamaged, the only thing was the instructions wasn't very clear on the assembly of the battery powered scooter.”

“Ordered a Plum 12 foot trampoline. Very competitive price. The processing and delivery was all very efficient and quick. There was a problem with a component which needed replacing before I could build it. Fun4Kids did respond quickly to my email but directed me to Plum to sort the problem out myself. Plum did send the part within 3 days and the trampoline is now built, and highly recommended.”

“This is a very well made product and seems strong. Delivery was very quick and item was well packed Only thing I would say is that it is advertised on the site to be suitable for 3 to 10 years yet the box says 3 to 8 years. I was disappointed by this because my eldest grandson is 8 now.”

“Play equipment arrived one week early. Not on specified date. Can't complain getting it earlier than expected just lucky I was in. Some of the wood in one of the packages was damaged but hopefully shouldn't impact on end result. Wasn't worth trying to send it back.”
