“Being completely transparent, I had my reservations about Fuzzball Club at first, but Alex quickly won me over. I did encounter a few issues initially, but in a way that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because it gave me a chance to see how the team handles problems when they inevitably arise.
My cats absolutely love the food. It seems high-quality, nutritious and competitively priced compared to similar brands. A small but satisfying bonus: the tins are aluminium, thinner and smaller than typical cat food cans and they stack beautifully in the cupboard. It’s oddly pleasing.
Customer support has been outstanding, responsive, honest and genuinely caring. It feels like the team truly loves what they do and has the best interest of cats at heart. That level of transparency and authenticity is rare and incredibly refreshing. I really hope this brand continues to grow, because they have the potential to change the cat food game for the better.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to incorporate more user-generated content and cute customer cat photos and stop with the AI generated. You’re perfectly placed to showcase those and it would go a long way in building trust and establishing a stronger brand presence. The overall website user experience could also be polished a bit.

“What I like most about Fuzzball is the consistency. With other brands my cat is into it one week and totally off it the next, but this has stayed a yes so far. Feels like a calmer feeding routine overall which I didn’t expect to notice.
Also appreciate that nothing about the ordering feels pushy, it’s very no stress. Just works in the background.. impressed.”
“Didn’t expect much if I’m honest but Fuzzball surprised me. My cat usually sniffs food and walks off, but she’s been finishing her bowl most days which is a miracle. No upset tummy either which is a big win for us.
Ordering was simple and I like that I can pause it without faffing about. It’s pricier than supermarket stuff but you can tell it’s better quality. Will be sticking with it for sure.”

“Been through sooo many cat foods and this is the first one my cat hasn’t gone off after a week. She actually waits by the bowl now which is wild. The food looks decent, doesn’t smell rank, and her coat is definitely softer.
Setup was easy, delivery came when it said it would. Costs a bit more but feels worth it. Very glad we tried it, wish I’d found it sooner tbh.”
“Didn’t think I’d leave a review but Fuzzball has been great. My cat is super fussy and she actually eats this straight away (which never happens). Food looks way better than most and she’s had less tummy issues already.
Subscription was easy to set up and delivery was smooth. Feels like proper quality. Would def recommend if your cat turns their nose up at everything”
“Not impressed, no order has been sent nor any type of reply to my email asking if they are sending my trial... had to skip the first subscription because Fuzzball have not sent the trial for my cats to try... how can you commit to £900 per month subscription when Fuzzball do not send the trial tins...
Also.. when it states that your order will arrive in 1-3 business days once trial order placed and you receive no acknowledgement of despatch for now over 3 days or a reply to a chaser email and with your subscription renewal date in a few days, how can any cat owner be expected to ween their cats onto a new food and see if if they find it palatable too!
The stress this causes ... especially with such a high value montly cost, your subscription date and trial received dates are too close together especially if Fuzzball are not going to fulfil their legal obligation to send the I have paid for.”
“My once fussy cat loves the food alongside their other wet food Marro. It would just be easier to be able to order tins outside of a subscription because of this and therefore cancelled my subscription as the amount, how often etc just didn’t fit me in particular.
Almost £160 for two cats in 4 weeks, is a bit much. Although I cannot fault the cats do enjoy the different flavours. I used to believe they just didn’t like fish but they’ll eat all flavours.
Would be 5* if I were able to select and order my own for when I roughly want to rather than a subscription and if the website was a little easier to use/ felt like it would constantly lag.”
“Oh dear, my cat won't look at it let alone smell it, I put a little spoonful on the dish next to her normal food but she just walked away, so it looks like I'm going to have to get inventive, I've put my next order on hold while I try to get her to eat it.
Customer service has been brilliant even refunded me a small amount as there was a delay with delivery of my first order and price is decent.”
