“ThereÕs a lot I can say about this company but IÕll try and keep it short and sweet! Firstly the customer service from this company is 10/10! I am always impressed with how lovely everyone is and how helpful they all are too! Customer service in my opinion is a heart of a business and to see them really appreciate their customers with my silly little questions, to adding more items in orders or even taking the time to listen to feedback and any ideas for future products, the team are just great!! I found fuzzball from a Gus and Bella box in April and my cat Skye absolutely loved the food so I decided to buy a trial box from them which included litter , food and treats. Since the trial box I have been getting 28 cans of food since the end of April alongside bags of the litter with the order. I donÕt speak cat but as soon as I open a can of food , Skye is meowing and running to her food bowl! I have now changed my order so from January my cats entire month of food is just from fuzzball! WeÕve just brought home a new kitten too, so we will be definitely looking at bringing food from fuzzball in for her too! I do have to say along with the food, the litter is absolutely amazing! It doesnÕt smell when they use it , it lasts a lot longer than most brands , clumps amazingly and the cherry on top is that itÕs flushable! Which is an actual godsend for when she decides she needs to go for a poo early in the morning or just before we go to bed or even when itÕs pouring it down outside - which is like 90% of the time __ I recommend fuzzball to any other cat parent, plus a subscription model is always very handy when youÕre busy too!”
“I decided to try my boy bengal chase on fuzzball be cause he has, ultra refined tastes he was on untamed but I feel that fuzzball has a higher meat content and he loves this kind of food real chicken and fish but cooked he hates raw__I have know moved my other 2 cats onto this and they love it, it is a bit expensive but I order every 8 weeks and they are worth it, the customer service is second to non, first full order after the trial they sent me a free box of treats and a lovely hand written note to chase my boy bengal which I loved keep up the good work”
“Firstly I just want to thank the Fuzball Club team/owners for creating such an amazing brand catering to our fuzzbabies! I absolutely adore the packaging, very appealing & makes it so more apenjoyable to serve it to my little one. I’m honestly so grateful, I can’t begin to express how pleased I really am! My ragdoll kitten boy was originally on a raw food diet since I brought him home from the breeders, so we continued with this. He was okay at the start but as he was growing and his food intake was increasing, he began to be constipated constantly, which resulted in multiple trips to the vet. The vet did recommend we change his diet when we first took him in for his vaccines, but we thought we knew what was best for him __ We had to put his health first as it was horrible watching him strain whenever he used his litter box. I then decided to research as many brands as I could from recommendations from a facebook group. Fuzzball was at the top of my list as it was one of the only brands which had the highest protein content on the market & I only want what is best for my little boy. I started off with a trial box & he was very keen with all the flavours and seemed happy, always finished every meal, so I went ahead to place my first order and slowly transition him over the past month. He is now finally fully transitioned to his new food from fuzzball and his health has improved massively!! He is no longer constipated & just seems so happy within himself, is always excited when he knows it’s dinner time & always looking forward to it. I will also be transitioning him onto your dry food once he finishes his current one that hes on :) I really hope and pray that your brand continues to grow and you receive the recognition you truly deserve. You should be proud of yourselves for all your hardwork. I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my little one. I will do my best to always recommend you guys in any way that I can to my friends and family. “Absolutely in love with this brand for my three fur babies! Wholesome A* food with no nasties. I love the tofu cat litter and find it better than any IÕve tried due to the bigger pieces making it easily more absorbed and clumpable! The chicken and salmon treats are their favourite and itÕs good to know theyÕre guilt free and full of nutrition. A firm favourite in our house and a long time customer we will be!”
