“The litter box is beautiful, but the installation screws were too soft, before we could get the screws fully into the holes. We proceeded anyway, and there is a gap in some places because of that. Tolerable, but makes our installation less than perfect. Either the holes for the screws with rubber padding on the bottom end need to hold up better or the holes need to be slightly larger. This isn't a question of too much humidity making the wood swell. I live in Arizona.”
“Litter case arrioved in perfect condition, on time. Unit is VERY strong and solid. Assembly was easy and instructions were accurate. Entrance area perforated grate works pretty well to reduce litter tracking out onto floor. Cat adopted it right away and uses daily.”

“The item came with a chip on almost every piece due to weak styrofoam being used on the packaging. Once the piece was put together, the doors do not shut straight. I needed to add a piece to the bottom of each to make them sit right. On top of this, there were screws that don't fit into the piece, leaving gaps. Due to all of these things, I asked for a refund or a replacement. They said they would give me only half of the money back, which I have yet to see.”
“The piece is attractive . The biggest hurdle in assembly was getting the doors to hang correctly. Fortunately, my husband has infinite patience and an engineer’s mind. Unfortunately, my cat will have nothing to do with it. With left the grate out to provide extra room because he is a big cat, but after sitting there for a couple weeks he will not go on. We had to move his usual box out after 24 hrs because we feared he would get sick from refusing to use. I now have it for sale on line hoping not to have a total $249. loss.”
