“I bought the cat cabinet & never received it. I reached out to customer service who promised me expedited shipped on the item, however I have still yet to hear any updates. I emailed them back several times. Bummed I couldn’t try this out for my cat, & a lot of money wasted :(”
“The item came with a chip on almost every piece due to weak styrofoam being used on the packaging. Once the piece was put together, the doors do not shut straight. I needed to add a piece to the bottom of each to make them sit right. On top of this, there were screws that don't fit into the piece, leaving gaps. Due to all of these things, I asked for a refund or a replacement. They said they would give me only half of the money back, which I have yet to see.”
