“Ordered Farnham Brown 3 Seater Sofa & Chair. Good communication, constant update in status of order. Item delayed by about a week, no issue as informed by email. Contacted by customer service to arrange delivery. Item delivered on day requested. Item as described, really pleased. Would highly recomed.”

“All good - product, delivery etc. Only improvement for me would be chest size guide for the HR monitor strap. Turns out I am at the top end of the XS/S so its a bit of a gamble at present.”

“Recently ordered a lisbon chest of 5 drawers, brilliant delivery, so happy with item, I ordered another which arrived today. Customer service 2nd to none which is quite hard to find today. “Tony from the Customer Services literally responded to me within half an hour of my emails about a wardrobe. The ones I had originally wanted were out of stock but I ordered an alternative and a discount was kindly applied. The wardrobes turned up soon after, well packed and in good condition. Can't fault them and would definitely order from them again.”
