“ Sadly the fire I had delivered had a fault, I requested a return . With no argument I was sent a QR return free post. And received a full refund 3 working days later. ”

“ Ordered a sofa however on delivery it was damaged. Contact made with customer services and sofa was collected a week later and I have to say refund into bank was two days after collection overall the customer services was good pity the sofa was damaged ”

Unfortunately the replacement part I needed wasn't available so they offered to collect the item and send a whole new unit or a partial refund. Very happy with my experience and thank you for helping me! ”
