“ Gave us a 15 minute warning of arrival and then refused to wait for us to get back to the house. Told them we would be 2 minutes as just around the corner but they said no waiting and have left the bed outside the front door. Leaving very heavy items to be brought in my a pregnant woman. This is if the items are still there. Will be expecting a refund asap. Terrible service. We expected a refund ”

“ This company is a scam. They sent me faulty furniture and in different colours, the products didn’t match their description in the website. Furniture 123, deliberately ignored my requests to return and get refund. They sent a text message that they won’t accept return and won’t give my money back. Fraudsters and scammers, they deserve zero stars!!! ”

“ I had to return an item - followed their processes to the letter - then was told the courier said they hadn’t collected it - well yes they did and you even said the way I said they collected and what they brought and would do was accurate - so why no refund? Disgusting! ”

“ Robbers never gave us our refund heartless read the complaints page , had a death in family we were distraught opening a package last thing on our minds , we eventually opened it around 8 days later to find the mirror part of shoe store smashed despite me sending a death certificate because we hadn’t reported it in there 7 day policy they kept our money I reported them to trading standards I will never give up giving bad reports on this company even they stole £170 of my money at the most awful time of my life ”
