“Really shocking customer service. I ordered 2 x 2 seater sofas that arrived on time but arrived with 2 sets of light wood sofa legs of different shades. All I needed was a replacement but I ended up going round in circles submitting my photos of proof 6 times only to then be told my return request was being closed due to lack of receipt of photos! Another email offered me a refund of £15 or a refund of £20 but all I wanted was what I had ordered! Please be cautious about using this company as it is clearly difficult to get any problems resolved.”
