“Account verification process proved difficult. I understand the importance of KYC but such process should include multiple options to provide other means of identification without going through a lot of stress as I earlier encountered with their app. I used about 3 days in trying to set up my profile, as the responses from their live chat were unhelpful and customers support unresponsive. “Be very careful with this site, it is very easy to deposit and trade on the site but when it's time to take your money out, they hit you with different excuses to make you keep spending more money. “This trading company is a systematic scam. They used Lady Gina Rhinehart video to attract investors. When I deposited the money to test out they will keep pushing to put more in. After awhile they called to say my investment had increase to over $1500 I ask if I can withdraw some they did't answer. Then about a week later they call me telling me my account had increased to over $12k. I said great. can I draw some just $1500. They said I can draw 80% but I must send them money to pay tax first. I refused.Then I ask to withdraw my deposit they said I can not do that. they keep calling u. They don't email you about solving problems or answer my questions or request.
