Got a Question?

Is FxPro a reliable brokerage firm and is it worth trading with them?
Asked by Raul C (3 weeks ago)
If you would make a little bit of effort, you would understand that you question doesn’t make any sense. Fxpro is the synonym of reliability and it’s the first choice for newbies
Answered by G. Lenne (2 weeks ago)
I'll start with the first part of your question. Everything is simple here. Fxpro is the most reputable broker I know. Therefore, no need to doubt its reliability. And as for the second part of your question, it's better for you to evaluate trading conditions of this broker yourself. They seem profitable to me, but your opinion may differ from mine, so I advise you to explore broker in detail and maybe even try demo trading.

Is it safe to provide this broker with personal data when depositing and withdrawing funds?
Asked by Jacobus U. (1 month ago)
How frequently should withdrawals be made?
Asked by Kevin Pilcz (1 month ago)
As often as you need it. Some traders prefer withdrawing all the funds right after a couple of profitable closed positions. More prudent guys and those who came here not only for profits, but for polishing skills - get their earned funds like once per several weeks or even once a month. For me, withdrawing once a month is the most optimal choice, because I can easily track the performance, comparing results to the previous month and think of something that I can improve. But anyway - it's up to ya.

What is the order execution model used by the broker on the platform, can I be convinced of having trouble-free execution?=)
Asked by Patrick Brady (1 month ago)
I don’t know the exact specifications of the execution, but i know for sure that you will have the spot on orders placement. also you will have little to none slippages in the most inappropriate times thanks to the Fxpro execution type.
Answered by Gary Watson (1 month ago)
If there is one thing you can be sure of on the fxpro platform it is smooth and swift trade execution. They use the No Desk Dealing model for all their trades and it is very efficient.

How often do you deposit or withdraw money and is it convenient to do it on services of this broker?
Asked by Jack Hughes (2 months ago)
I dont understand your question exactly but yes, it is convenient to use services of this broker, and you can try depositing and withdrawing money often if youd like, no problems

How much do you think this broker cares about clients with small deposits?
Asked by Ronaldo (2 months ago)
Fxpro offers good opportunities for customers with small deposits. But I think it would be ideal to invest between 800-1000, that's not a small deposit, I know. Not everyone can afford it but investing a small amount like 100 USD is a risky strategy, it can have a low cost, but your volume will be small. You can use the high-leverage option, but I can say that the risk is quite high.

How do I withdraw my money, through card wire or alternative payment methods?
Asked by Rodrigo Coutinho (3 months ago)
In general, you can choose method that suits you. I don't remember exactly how this procedure works, so please forgive me if I got something wrong :P First of all you need to transfer money from your trading account to your Fxpro Wallet account. It is better that your trading account doesn't have any open orders. At least that's what I always did when I was planning to withdraw money. I just waited for all my orders to reach target or close at stop loss and then withdraw part of margin to the Wallet. You can withdraw your money wherever you want. For example, if you use a bank card, you can withdraw to it. For this purpose it is enough just to choose such a way of withdrawal among those that are available.
Answered by Gian (2 months ago)
It depends on your preference. If you use bank cards and this is the most convenient way to deposit and withdraw funds for you, then you should choose this method. But if bank cards are not convenient way to store money or transfer it to other accounts, then you should choose alternative method.

Do you use Fxpro wallet, what essential things you can stress about it?
Asked by andrew (3 months ago)
I use it, and I think everyone with a trading account on this platform must use it. You probably think of the FxPro wallet as another digital wallet and transfer provider, but it is not working like that. Think of their wallet as a hub or a platform from where you can manage your funds. It has plenty of advantages, you can manage the funds on your trading accounts if you have more than one. It allows seamless and free transfers of funds between your account and your wallet. Also, one great feature that it allows is that you can take funds from your trading account and keep them safe in your wallet until you gather enough to make a withdrawal. I found this quite practical since I make a withdrawal once a month.

DOES FXPRO HAVE A COMPENSATION FUND FOR ITS CLIENTS OR NOT?
Asked by THANH PHAM (4 months ago)
That is an interesting question, afaik, compensation fund is available only for clients from the UK. At least, the broker states that according to the regulation, the company is a full-fledged member of Financial Services Compensation scheme. So if you are from the UK, then you can count on the compensation in case of unexpected circumstances entailing financial losses. As for others - ain't know.

what do you lot think about futures trading here? do you think it is worth my while in terms of the conditions and costs associated to it?
Asked by Nathan M. (5 months ago)
I am not completely aware of which futures contracts you might be referring to, since there are futures contracts on both commodities and the stock market indices, for instance. Regardless, I think all are precisely worthwhile. If you are intended to trade futures contracts, I think you might have a global macroeconomic asset selection process of some sorts, in which case, futures are a very good instrument to project your fundamental bias on the path of global economy. and fxpro's a pretty good place to do so, and note that you can do those trades as spot too!

Are you satisfied with the leverage ratio FxPro is offering?
Asked by Felippe Vilches (5 months ago)
Yes! Very much so. It is not too conservative, and it is not absurdly high. Just the right balance honestly.
Answered by Huy H. (5 months ago)
Yeah, the leverage offered by the fxpro broker is moderate and that's the primary thing for me. I know that I can be easily enticed by a high leverage, thus there's a big risk that I won't withstand the temptation of opening a position with a huge leverage ratio. And I'll do that, and afterward will be forced to regret. Leverage here is dynamic and pretty low, so it's better to enter trading with big sums initially, rather than relying on drawn margin.

How do you think this broker shows care for their customers?
Asked by Victor (6 months ago)
The term care is understood differently by each person? For some, care is shown through customer support services. And for someone else it is through additional services and resources. But I think that with this broker you can get all of this at the same time.
Answered by Eric W (6 months ago)
Hmm, that's interesting question. I never really thought about how Fxpro takes care of me. I can assume that this care is shown through following services: - Obviously customer service work. These guys are made to take care of us. - Clear and informative web site. I think this is how care for our time is shown. - Reliable services and favorable terms. It's caring about our income and success.

Do i have some limitations for the cTrader platform account?
Asked by Mason Mason (7 months ago)
I don't see what kind of limitations would you have with cTrader. If you mean the assets, you can trade the same things as with other platforms. In terms of what you can do with it, I don't see any restrictions either.

How often do you recommend withdrawing profits from an account with this broker? Or is it more beneficial to keep it on FxPro Wallet?
Asked by Pedro Abad (7 months ago)
It depends on the trader's needs really, but I think after you hit your trading goal. But when you can risk more money, then you should change your trading goals as well.?
Answered by Luc W (7 months ago)
That's a great question! I'm sure many traders interested in this. But they don't know where to get information or any recommendations. I'm in favor of constantly increasing the size of my main deposit. There are different systems but it seems to me that most effective one is to withdraw 50% of your earnings from trading and spend it on your life. The rest is better left on account or transfer to FxPro Wallet for safetyy.

Would you recommend using FxPro Wallet as a payment method?
Asked by Juan Gonzalez (8 months ago)
I recommend and suggest you to start using FxPro wallet as your payment method. Give it a try and you will see for yourself how faster and convenient transfers will be. One common mistake traders do is that they dont withdraw their profits and end up losing them in the market. The reason for that is because the transfers can be expensive with those heavy bank fee, but now with introduction of this wallet transfers are cheaper and faster.
Answered by Robert (8 months ago)
I would say yes, as the broker does provide access to it not for a reason. It's way easier to manage your accounts using Fxpro wallet and in my opinion this multifunctional instrument suites each trader who has ever thinking of simplfying the interaction with money. Other than that, it's also essential to know that this tool includes full-fledged protection when you deposit and have opened positions. It's valuable.

What one would you recommend to use ctrader, metatrader 4 or metatrader 5?
Asked by Rafael Soares (9 months ago)
Especially for such nosy guys like you, there is a perfect comparison table right on the website, where you can estimate which platforms suits your expectations and demands more. Don't mean to be rude =) Metatrader is a top solution for trading and this fact can't be argued, nevertheless, the level of ctrader optimization is amazing as well. Why didn't you mention fxpro edge? It can become a good alternative to famous names too.
Answered by Matthias (8 months ago)
I would recommend FxPro cTrader for sure. I am fed up with the MT platforms so now I find cTrader very functional and great looking for me. Plus this platform’s main feature is automated trading. Its cBots are much more complicated to create but at the same time you can include tons of settings to make your trading strategy more flexible. So don’t hesitate and try Fxpro cTrader. You won't regret this decision I promise.

Does fxpro really have zero spreads?
Asked by O.Taussig (9 months ago)
Well it depends on so many variables, but yeah, the spreads can actually start from zero in some scenarios. But obviously you need to have the right platform, account type, asset class and time of the trading day. But in scenarios where they are not zero, they are still very negligible and super reasonable when you think about it. relatively speaking
Answered by Giulio (9 months ago)
YES, it does have! I know it’s hard to believe, especially if you are an old-timer in trading, coming from a place where the tightest spreads back in the time where like 4-5 pips:) Nowadays, you can find brokers like FxPro, offering even zero spread. This is most common with major forex pairs, EUR/USD for example. During the high volatility times, it is common to encounter zero spread.
Answered by Daniel da Rosa (8 months ago)
Fxpro is one of the most transparent brokers I have come across. First of all, all of the information you could possibly need for your trading is available on the broker's website. You have all the information concerning your trades displayed along with information on leverage, free margin and even the spreads to expect. Additionally, the broker has all of its legal documents also on display. Many people do not usually go through these, but for those that do, it is incredibly easy to find. It contains all documentation of licenses, regulations, and terms of use A piece of information that may be out of the norm is the broker's track record. It contails slippages registered over the years, it shows the improvement and growth of the broker, and so much more. Makes it easy to trust Fxpro.

Is Fxpro withdrawal processing time described accurately on the website?
Asked by Felipe (10 months ago)
Website contains the basic rules of withdrawals. It includes the payment methods, fees, timeframes and so on. If you want to know the details then you have to go through the withdrawal process yourself. Since every trader uses his own payment mechanism for funds withdrawals. Or you can also give the information to the client support and ask them. Support team is usually very competent in this.
Answered by Generoso Ossi (10 months ago)
Yes, you can believe this information. Verified by own experience. And there have been several times when money transactions were even faster.

How is my money in this broker's account protected from the world's financial problems?
Asked by K. L. Balakrishnan (1 year ago)
I believe the fact that your money is in an Fxpro account and not in a bank account protects your money. I guess you remember the recent events in the world banking system. And as you noticed for solid brokers like Fxpro these events went completely unnoticed.

There are too many trading platforms and what are the main differences between them?
Asked by Keddur (1 year ago)
There are some subtle and tangible differences between them, you can check out the platform comparison page to see what fundamentally separates them. The platforms differentiate amongst themselves in terms of the assets you can trade, the number of timeframes and tools you might be able to use. What's important is that which one you like and you can get used to. But the choice of asset class could be decisive in your preference mostly.

Are learning materials provided by this broker beneficial? Which of them can help a new trader to get as much knowledge as he can?
Asked by Liam Sorrentino (1 year ago)
I would argue that they are. In fact, they are separated into two groups: for beginners and for advanced traders. They also have Watch and Learn section which are also profoundly explanatory videos on regulat topics related to macroeconomics and trading analytics. You should also check out their youtube page, it is a fountain of knowledge.
