“Account verification process proved difficult. I understand the importance of KYC but such process should include multiple options to provide other means of identification without going through a lot of stress as I earlier encountered with their app. I used about 3 days in trying to set up my profile, as the responses from their live chat were unhelpful and customers support unresponsive. “Be very careful with this site, it is very easy to deposit and trade on the site but when it's time to take your money out, they hit you with different excuses to make you keep spending more money. Can't really blame anyone for falling for them because I also lost money to them. I'm happy I found a recovery expert who made sure that everything I had lost, including profits, was restored back.
