I originally ordered merchandise in December 2017. As of today, I have not received my merchandise, nor a satisfactory arrange from Gamiss. I try calling the phone number listed for US Customers and it rings one time and goes to a busy signal. I never plan to order anything from Gamiss again! They are unprofessional and do not have the customer's best interest. However, I am going to continue to contact them until I get a resolution.

I placed two separate orders with this company. On one I ordered 5 shirts. One of the shirts shipped separate from the other 4. It was the correct size, nice quality material, good product. The other 4 however were all severely undersized, as if they sent me boys sized clothing instead of men sizea. I did not get a full refund on this order. Gamiss would not refund me the shipping costs. On the second order I ordered 2 shirts. There was a long shipping delay, however once it shipped from Gamiss after 60 days it never arrived to my house. The whole time the tracking info said it was stuck in home country. I was able to get a full refund for this order. I have been ordering clothes online for over 10 years, Never have I had such poor results

My order contained 3 items. After waiting a month, two of the items arrived. Still awaiting for the third nearly 6 weeks now.

Took 2 months, bad quality material (nylon Material) not what was advertised and too small. Do not ever buy from this company from China. Worst experience ever.

Kind Regards Gamiss Support Team MY REVIEW Yes the wigs seem so affiradble, but save the headache. I highly recommend you stay away from the wigs. I've ordered 6 (7 really but 1 was back ordered and i got refunded for it.) and they all were horrible. None NOT 1 WIG looked liked the photos. They were cheap knock offs. I was SOOO dissapointed. They take photos and send you something similar. The lace fronts are a joke. These are all pretty much cheap cosplay wigs and spending about $179 on wigs and anxiously waiting for them to come completely pissed me off. The don't even take responsibly for sending items not as pictured and had the nerve to try to charge me a return shipping fee. But once I brought up thhe fdact that they used deceptive photos the waived the return shipping fee. The best experience I had was the quick refund once the item was delivered. I wish i could post the photos I took of the wigs they sent me. Tip for consumers: Don't buy the wigs

No customer service. Slow shipping. You will wait a month or two for your order to arrive even though you paid 26$ for shipping. Do not order from here you will regret it.

Not really "Material: Cotton,Wool" as stated but some synthetic blend (+ the lining they even do not bother to describe as proper shops), and not really coat but more of a flimsy little blazer. The tailoring is unspeakably bad - each pocket different, missing buttons, threads sticking out of this factory reject, came covered in fluffs, threads, and dirt, stinks too as if they found it in a low budget charity shop. And that is where it goes back to. Customer service not really contactable, not real retailers - cheats without honor. Never ever more.

I ordered a mens XL jacket. The size would fit a small boy. Gamiss really needs to revisit their sizing. The jacket itself was very nice, but sizing all wrong!!

Got an email saying would be here on Feb 5th, then on the 5th got and email it would be here today on Feb 9th, it's still a 1000 miles away. Now it will be here on the 13th! Gotta ask who is running this chicken outfit. Never again!

I received my ordered and the clothes are so small that a child could fit them. I try calling them at 1-877-307-5666 (US) and it is a non-working number......... I want to return the clothes and I want my money back........ R1801081106378277.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GAMISS! Items are so small, most items did not fit according to size. Many items were poorly made, very low quality. They would not refund my money. They told me they would refund after everything arrived. Items trickled in little by little. When they thought everything had arrived they closed my ticket and said I didn't contact them in time. Terrible business, I had to donate everything.

Stay away! The pictures on their Web site do not look like what you receive. The sizes are at least two off. My XXL was like a L and the XLs were like mediums. STAY AWAY FROM GAMISS and put this company out of business.

Wrong items, poorly shipped. If you are expecting nicely packed items, like you would from any other online marketplace, you will be disappointed just like I was. Items arrived tightly folded into the tiniest FedEx shipping bags possible. What's worse, wrong items are shipped, with little recourse. The entire shipment I have just received (a plastic bag stuffed to the point of bursting) contains items I have not ordered, not a single one of them is right. I have ordered shoes, but the bag only had what appears to be sweaters, so I sent a picture of the open bag to the support. It's obvious from the photo that items in the bag are not shoes, but that is not enough for GAMISS to process a return. They are insisting that I inventory one by one all the wrong items that I have received, by writing down the SKUs from each item's plastic wrap, because there is no packing list included. There appear to be 20 items in there! Basically, I am expected to do their work for them, even though it is apparent from the picture that I received a bunch of clothes, when I should have been getting shoes. Very very very disappointing, will definitely not even dream of shopping on this side ever again. With prices this low, what did I expect? For a whole month (longer, actually) I have corresponded with Gamiss Staff using their Support portal. At first, they didn't even acknowledge that the package I received contained someone else's purchase, and tried to treat my return as a regular return, as if I got the items I ordered, but didn't like them. They made me inventory the entire contents (20+ items) by SKU! Yes, they asked me to type up the super-long item SKUs from the labels. Eventually they agreed that clear photos of the labels will suffice, so I spent an hour doing that and sending them the PDF with the label scans. After that, there was a lot of silence. I reminded them, and asked for a return label and a refund, again, and again, and again. They failed to provide a return shipping label for 4+ weeks. At last they wrote that they will issue a partial refund to me of $20 and the rest upon receipt of the returned package. They included a shipping label. I am still waiting for that partial refund, the package sitting here, ready to go. I haven't shipped it back yet because that's my only leverage to try and get any money back; and proof of receiving wrong items, should my credit card company want to see them. They did reach out to me, asking me to cancel my credit card investigation BEFORE they issue that refund. Right. The answer is NO.

I ordered a velvet beanie for my son for Christmas- ordered it in end of Oct-beginning of Nov and I still don't have it nor any communications about it with Gamiss. I feel they are a scam site which is a shame because I had a whole list of items I had planned on ordering from them for my daughter, daughter-in-law & myself! No way am I going to trust this site now!!! I would've liked to have given zero stars !!

Order never arrived. Contacted GAMISS. They said check with local USPS. Gamiss customer service does not exist.
