“Ordered a Christmas hoodie on November 15th....cost $12 for shipping. According to tracking it's still in Shezhou China as of December 21st.....no sign of the hoodie. I don't want or need it after Christmas so I will be requesting a refund. I would be SHOCKED at this point if it EVER shows up. Maybe by easter I'll have my xmas hoodie. Gamiss is NOT a good vendor. AVOID. Whoever wrote the good review had to have been paid.”

“This outfit is a disgrace. They advertise, and happily take you orders, without having the items in stock. After waiting nearly a month two of the items ordered have not even been shipped! And since they come from China, if they ever do, they take further weeks (I am now being told up to seven weeks after despatch!). So much for these items which were intended as Christmas presents. There are plenty of e-commerce sites out there that treat their customers with respect. This is definitely not one of them. ZERO stars.”

“Never received my items. Communication is almost impossible. Opened Paypal dispute but Gamiss even provides paypal with some shady chinese tracking website that states your order is delivered and Paypal decides in their favor. If you don't want to lose your money, do not buy here.”

“Gamiss appears to be a scam, I bought 2 items, paid a lot for expedited shipping, 1 item was shipped then received a message stating that i did not chose a shipping method for the second item, responded, then next thing I know they refund the item amount but nothing for the extra shipping and insurance. 1st item is on the way hopefully it shows ip, but not holding my breath.”

“An order was placed on November 23 for Christmas shirts. It has not even been processed yet. I have contacted them twice only to receive an automated reply. Why the delay? If you can't have the merchandise shipped before Christmas then don't advertise.”

“I ordered and paid for something for Christmas on December 2nd. It was still in processing on December 15th so I contacted gamiss to see why. They told me at that point that it was suddenly on back order and that they did not know when it would be back in stock but they hoped they could ship it on December 20th. All I got was a bunch of lame excuses from a company that does not seem to know what items they actually have available. At this point I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea if I will ever get the item I paid for.”

“Cheap, extreme low quality AND defective apparel and it takes over a month to receive. I received a very discolored tshirt-thin white hoodie. It was very yellowish. The hoodie strings are white. Took pics of this unfortunately this review website doesn't have an option to port them. Worst part was customer support. I contacted them and included these pics and they stated that is was because of lighting conditions and they would offer me a 10% discount on my next order. Why would I spend another dime on their products? Overall extremely bad. I'm currently attempting to get a full refund on a crappy product from crappy customer support. This is a defective product and the pics more that prove this so a refund should have been the first answer. Instead they blamed the light and failed to see the other actual white objects (A sheet of paper and a white shirt) I placed on top of the hoodie (overlapping) to compare. Stay away from this company.”

“Ordered items, only to be told they are "out of stock" and will have them in in around a week. Its been over a month, still same reply. This is not the first time either. I don't think they actually have any stock, they just order them from other vendors.”

“I ordered two wigs that were NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I TRIED TO GET MY REFUND N THEY NEVER WERE REACHABLE !!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF N I CAN'T EVEN WEAR THE HAIR!!! ITS AWFUL!”

“These people provided me with my ABSOLUTE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I feel SCAMMED. MY MONEY WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT IT'S 30 DAYS TOMORROW AND GOODS WAS SENT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY WHEN I USED "AUTOFILL" FOR AN ADDRESS I USE FOR OTHER ONLINE COMPANIES. GAMISS CANNOT AND I REPEAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!”

“It you are use to Amazon you will not like GAMISS. I had one item that never showed up. One the took a month to be delivered. Like they are made to order in some small Chinese sweat shop by some Ivanka Trump 8 year old.”

“I ordered a 2xl and there 2xl is like a medium size.... I cant wear it... customer service will not return email.... its awesome looks great but it's not 2xl... all I wear is 2xl and I couldn't even get it on me....”

“GAMISS - The information on how to make a return is apparently a deeply guarded secret. It's not posted on the website - it's not enclosed with the order and all of the on line/web site customer service is geared for pre-sale. Once you have made a purchase good luck. Terrible experience. Do not use this service unless you want to get stuck with things that don't fit. It's online shopping and sizing will vary - so duh, I wanted to make returns and they made it impossible by not providing the information. I kept getting emails with links to instructions that I could not open it was a joke and I tried everything - iChat, facebook messages and phoning customer service - all attempts were met with more emails with more links that I couldn't open. I asked repeatedly for them to please just send instructions in the body of an email - stopped hearing from them all together. Oh yeah and there is a 30 day window to make returns so I think this is all by design.”

“I placed an order for two articles that both said they ship in 3 days or less. I paid extra for "Expedited Shipping" because I wanted the items sooner. Instead of getting the order out in their stated 3 days or less it took them 14 days to finally send the order out and then placed the items on a slow boat for delivery. Is that how any credible company handles their "Expedited Shipping" or is it a company that offers "Expedited Shipping" as simply a tool to steal money from their customers.”

“They are scammers. After the purchase on this site, I received a letter on the mail with a proposal to write a good tip for the coupon for $ 20. I agreed. They issued a coupon, but they did not send my order with this coupon. And the new coupon was not given.”
