DO NOT ORDER FROM GAMISS! Items are so small, most items did not fit according to size. Many items were poorly made, very low quality. They would not refund my money. They told me they would refund after everything arrived. Items trickled in little by little. When they thought everything had arrived they closed my ticket and said I didn't contact them in time. Terrible business, I had to donate everything.

Stay away! The pictures on their Web site do not look like what you receive. The sizes are at least two off. My XXL was like a L and the XLs were like mediums. STAY AWAY FROM GAMISS and put this company out of business.

Wrong items, poorly shipped. If you are expecting nicely packed items, like you would from any other online marketplace, you will be disappointed just like I was. Items arrived tightly folded into the tiniest FedEx shipping bags possible. What's worse, wrong items are shipped, with little recourse. The entire shipment I have just received (a plastic bag stuffed to the point of bursting) contains items I have not ordered, not a single one of them is right. I have ordered shoes, but the bag only had what appears to be sweaters, so I sent a picture of the open bag to the support. It's obvious from the photo that items in the bag are not shoes, but that is not enough for GAMISS to process a return. They are insisting that I inventory one by one all the wrong items that I have received, by writing down the SKUs from each item's plastic wrap, because there is no packing list included. There appear to be 20 items in there! Basically, I am expected to do their work for them, even though it is apparent from the picture that I received a bunch of clothes, when I should have been getting shoes. Very very very disappointing, will definitely not even dream of shopping on this side ever again. With prices this low, what did I expect? For a whole month (longer, actually) I have corresponded with Gamiss Staff using their Support portal. At first, they didn't even acknowledge that the package I received contained someone else's purchase, and tried to treat my return as a regular return, as if I got the items I ordered, but didn't like them. They made me inventory the entire contents (20+ items) by SKU! Yes, they asked me to type up the super-long item SKUs from the labels. Eventually they agreed that clear photos of the labels will suffice, so I spent an hour doing that and sending them the PDF with the label scans. After that, there was a lot of silence. I reminded them, and asked for a return label and a refund, again, and again, and again. They failed to provide a return shipping label for 4+ weeks. At last they wrote that they will issue a partial refund to me of $20 and the rest upon receipt of the returned package. They included a shipping label. I am still waiting for that partial refund, the package sitting here, ready to go. I haven't shipped it back yet because that's my only leverage to try and get any money back; and proof of receiving wrong items, should my credit card company want to see them. They did reach out to me, asking me to cancel my credit card investigation BEFORE they issue that refund. Right. The answer is NO.

I ordered a velvet beanie for my son for Christmas- ordered it in end of Oct-beginning of Nov and I still don't have it nor any communications about it with Gamiss. I feel they are a scam site which is a shame because I had a whole list of items I had planned on ordering from them for my daughter, daughter-in-law & myself! No way am I going to trust this site now!!! I would've liked to have given zero stars !!

I placed an order for two shirts on December 15th, 2017. At checkout, I got a message that said because of the time of year, I should pay extra to get 10-day shipping. I did and assumed that meant I would receive the shirts in 10 days. Today it is January 10th and I still have nothing. I had a chat session with the company last week and they said to give it a couple more days. All they could give me as far as tracking info was that it was waiting to get on a plane in China on Dec 19th. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sizes, customer service, and shipping. Ordered December 4 for Christmas. Plenty of time to receive per their shipping statement. First I was not aware it was coming from China if so no order would have been placed. Ordered Christmas items that needed to be delivered at the same time. They were not and shipped in different shipments. I believe in reading other reviews that I will now be billed tarriffs, shipping, and duties. So I will be paying twice since it was shipped separately. I have an idea they are in cahoots with the shipping people. They did not make it for Christmas so they went to goodwill. Customer service responds with what looks like a form letter. They refuse to do anything and say they are not responsible for shipping. My response is if they choose shipping they damn sure are responsible for it. My second shipped item sat on a dock for a couple of weeks somewhere in China. Again they refused to help. Sizes not even close to US measure. If they sell here they need to make sure that it is sized to our measurement. I have a 5 year old wearing a medium. I wear an XL and cannot even pull it over my head. Please save yourself all the headaches you will no doubt experience. Order from US companies only. Price is not worth the headache!

The first order I did was ages coming but I was pleased with my dresses. In December I ordered 2 christmas dresses and if I'm honest they looked really badly made and looked nothing like the picture. I will not be ordering from them again.

BUYER BEWARE: Cheapest. clothing. ever. It takes forever to ship b/c it comes from China. The adult sizes are really child sizes. Ordered my adult son 3 hoodies in size Large and the sleeves went up to his forearms. Child size. It would cost more to return than they're worth. Straight to Goodwill.

I usually wear American XL, so using ordered shirts according to their size chart for 2XL. Received them and they were more like Youth Medium. Tried to resolve with merchant but they refused to refund unless I fully paid for shipping back to China (which BTW would have cost more than the order!). Tried to resolve through PayPal and they wanted me to contact the FBI (really?!!) to start a legal investigation. They're clueless to actual American sizes. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Hi, after waiting 5 weeks to receive my parcel of you. The tracking updated to delivered. So I contacted your courier Yodel several times to ask them where it was. I checked with my neighbors who have not had it. They promised me there driver would go collect it and re-deliver it, which did not happen. For some reason there depot tried to contact the driver, but he wouldn't respond. Which makes you think he has something to hide. I was told it had been signed by someone with a D and Y in there name, but they couldn't make it out. Now im told it was signed by josh. Which is really suspicious, as the chances of someone else signing for my parcel with my name is low. The courier is the most unprofessional ever and they have now advised me to contact my supplier, you to deal with the matter. The tracking numnber for the parcel with yodel is : JJD0002256681841134. I how ever have had enough of this disastrous ordeal and wish for a refund. I have made copies of conversations and chats with the courier and you. I will have no choice but to involve my bank and other unions of this matter if this is not resolved promptly. thank you, josh Dear joshua, Thank you for contacting Gamiss.com. I'd like to inform you that your order has been shipped out. Below is the detail information. The Holiday season is coming and we wish you receive your items on time. However, kindly note that this is peak season for the shipping companies and local post offices that may face a backlog with deliveries. Your tracking number(s) may not get updated in time due to the delay between scanning events and the website's updates. Santa Claus has also informed us that he too is overwhelmed this time of year and might be delivering some presents a little late. We therefore warmly remind you to expect some delays during this time meantime Santa is doubling up his elf-power to get his sleigh loaded and presents delivered as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order. We will always do our best to help you. We wish you a very Happy Holiday Season! Gamiss Customer Service http://www.gamiss.com/ If your parcel doesn't turn up, or is late, your first port of call should be the retailer as this is who has the relationship with the courier or parcel company. By law, goods should be delivered within a 'reasonable time'. What's reasonable will depend on the type of goods and the original estimate for delivery. When it comes to problems with deliveries – say a parcel has gone missing or the contents is damaged – you will have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which came into force in June 2013 and replaced the Distance Selling Regulations. Under the Consumer Rights Act, when you buy goods from an online retailer, they are responsible for the goods until you receive them. So if the courier loses the goods you ordered or they are damaged, the retailer is responsible for putting things right, not the courier. If you paid for a timed delivery – for example, the next day – and your parcel is late, you're perfectly entitled to ask for a refund of the money you paid for faster delivery. Similarly, if the consumer told the retailer before the contract was entered into that delivery within an agreed timeframe was essential, then the consumer can cancel the order and ask for a refund. Read our Guide to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

the 2 hoodies I ordered arrived with strings attached everywhere- literally- like they weren't even finished products. I ordered size large, and the arms are definitely size large but the torso is definitely a size small-medium.... maybe a size large from whatever country it was poorly produced in! will never use GAMISS again.

What a joke,. Ordered an item mid NOvember, Paid for upgraded shipping. Tracking number does not work. Tried calling during operating hours. No one answered and they wanted me to leave a message. No Reply. Tried using their "24 hours" chat help. To find out that its not really 24 hours, instead they were closed and I was told to submit a "ticket." Submitted a ticket with no reply. Its December 15th, this item is a Christmas suit. NOt even going to get it before Christmas if at all. I contacted my bank and am going to contest the charges as I used a debit card.

Waited nearly 2 months to receive my order and they sent the wrong items. I contacted customer service again and was told it would be 3 DAYS before someone would be able to address my issue. All in all, this is the most inept company I have ever bought anything from. Avoid them like a plague.

Everything said that the dresses ran small. I purchased a medium which should have fit me perfectly if the US dress sizes they quoted were correct. They were not. I received my "medium" dress yesterday and it is more like a Large. Way too big and frumpy, not at all cute like it was shown in the pictures.

There is something amiss with this company. I ordered a pair of Jogger Pants, which the website said “ships within 3 business days”. This was on 4th October. Three different e-mails confirmed my order & that payment had been taken. The last said “When the order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information and estimated delivery time.” Then nothing. For 18 days! So I raised a ticket, by clicking on the contact us link in the last e-mail, to see what was going on. (All this time the item was saying in stock – shipping three days.) 2 days later I received an e-mail confirming that my order had been shipped. On this e-mail I later noticed: “Customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs.” So despite the website appearing to be UK based (since all the prices are in GBP - £) they are importing goods from China. 6 days later (still no other communication from Gamiss & no delivery) I receive an e-mail that says: “We'd like to inform you that your ticket has been closed automatically as we have not received any reply within 7 days after you submittted [sic] the ticket.” Reply to what? They had done zero. I had heard nothing to say what was going on. I forget how much later it was that my parcel arrived – some time into November. In the meantime, sure enough I found on the web site tucked away in the Shipping & Terms & Conditions sections: “Standard Delivery Time 7-10 days.) “Gamiss Shipments from China. All parcels are shipped from China and are delivered duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties charged by the local customs once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the customers. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process. In accordance with customs regulations,Gamiss cannot declare purchased items as a gift or to state an amount lower than the actual product cost. Gamiss strongly recommends all customers to purchase shipping insurance during the checkout.” If this company is operating within the law then it is doing so with dubious morals. I have never bought something in this manner, only to discover by reading the small print that I am responsible for the import duty. This is not made clear. I wish I had read the feedback on TrustPilot – One star out of 530 reviews, & similar tales of woe. Please be aware what you are dealing with. My advice is to stick to reputable UK based online retailers. Stay away from this one.
