“Your products are great and really good value. However, you are constantly let down by DPD. I have made 5 complaints over 18 months to DPD and nothing changes. My order is thrown over my back garden gate and splits open or- as recently- whilst I was waiting by my front door for the delivery of 15.5kgs DPD delivered it 4 doors away. I wish you could have more than one choice of delivery company. Sadly I won't be shopping with you anymore.”
