“The state the plants arrived in was very poor the yodel delivery guy was stood there with the plants upside down I pointed this out to him and he just said if I turn them the other way up they would fall out on opening the plants the soil was not there just a root ball 2 xxxl plants in one flimsy card board box won't be coming back there”
“Healthy plants delivered nicely wrapped and protected. Updates given on order. Could do with a better description on growing guide, how tall, needs sum etc. Would save a google search. Good offers for bulk orders, great prices.”
“Have been waiting 2 months for plants cannot contact anyone yet money already taken out of account even though order not dispatched . They should not be still taking orders till existing orders fulflled. I am considering legal action for breach of contract it's not possible to contact anyone. If you send an e-mail you get a regenerated reply”
“Absolutely poor quality. My plants arrived with leaves severely damanged and broken. The issues do not seem to relate to the delivery method but rather due to poor quality. Very disappointed.

“Good choice of plants and arrived looking healthy but took days to answer an email and I gave up trying to get through by phone.
They use myhermes for delivery and once sent it came faster than expected. I was quite surprised to find that the plants were undamaged as the packaging wasn't great. The plants were securely taped in the box and the pots wrapped in a bag but there was no protection around the plants and the box was a bit squashed. If they had of been broken not sure how easy it would be to get in touch for replacements so not sure I would use them again.”
