“The state the plants arrived in was very poor the yodel delivery guy was stood there with the plants upside down I pointed this out to him and he just said if I turn them the other way up they would fall out on opening the plants the soil was not there just a root ball 2 xxxl plants in one flimsy card board box won't be coming back there”
“Have been waiting 2 months for plants cannot contact anyone yet money already taken out of account even though order not dispatched . They should not be still taking orders till existing orders fulflled. I am considering legal action for breach of contract it's not possible to contact anyone. If you send an e-mail you get a regenerated reply”
“Absolutely poor quality. My plants arrived with leaves severely damanged and broken. The issues do not seem to relate to the delivery method but rather due to poor quality. Very disappointed.
No customer service whatsoever. My case was left unattended.”
