Garden furniture ordered Monday pm, delivered 9.30 Thursday am. Kept in touch all through the process. Excellent service -would deal with again. Courier was the same. By the way, delighted with the garden furniture. Thanks Alan

I ordered an item from Garden Store Direct and after numerous phone calls in which I was assured the item was on the way I finally cancelled the order and requested a refund. They agreed to the refund immediately (as they acknowledged that their delivery people had not even tried to deliver the item) and sent me confirmation indicating that the money would be refunded in 7 days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting and have raised and escalated a case with Paypal. Do not buy from these people, but if you do make sure you have some form of payment protection.

Read reviews and was concerned but ordered a shed as was £100 cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered on Thursday night, delivered Monday morning. Was exactly as advertised. I would use them again. Appreciate that not everyone has had a good experience but I have no complaints.

I ordered a product via Amazon but it's faulty. As it's a large product i agreed to accept a replacement of the default items only. 6 months later no replacement items. Phone lines do not work so you wont be able to contact anyone

Ordered my Keter Store It Out Max in December 2020. It was badly damaged and I sent a response to this company via eBay. Unfortunately I checked out as a guest instead of logging into my eBay account. eBay will not allow me to sent my personal contact details to Garden store direct and as they are not answering their phone I have been unable to resolve the problem. Many companies are answering their phones to help their customers but not this one. Will not be using them again.

I have spent 3 months trying to get a response from this cowboy outfit. A garden seat was delivered in March, but because of a manufacturing error could not be assembled. It is now July and I have had no reply to emails and no refund.

STILL WAITING FOR FAULTY GOODS TO PICKED UP AND REFUND.COMPANY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO EMAILS!!!!!

Avoid this company, received damaged goods a month ago which they have sent someone to pick up twice. 1st time said the van wasn’t big enough and 2nd the same man said he couldn’t lift it on his own. Unable to call the company so only means of contact is email. Still waiting for a refund for my 83 year old auntie. Absolute cowboys!!!!!

Purchased Suntime majestic hexagonal gazebo for £100 cheaper than the same item viewed at Barton Grange Garden Centre. Delivery within 36 hours of ordering, plus no additional delivery charges. Happy customer!

Ordered on the Thursday. Estimated delivery was for the following Monday. We weren't in so left a note as to where to leave the product. Came home to find it delivered and exactly where we asked it to be left, very pleased with speed of delivery and with the delivery company that was used.
