“ I placed an order on 21st June 2025 and have still not received anything. No delivery, no proper updates, no refund – and no customer service whatsoever. I've emailed several times with no response. This has been the most frustrating online order I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this company unless you want stress, silence, and missing orders. Very disappointing experience. ”

When my tree arrived it had eaten leaves and was diseased. I have complained but they want more photos and don't want to rectify the problem. Buyer beware. Don't expect a good customer experience. ”
