Avoid. Broken plant delivered from poor transit. This happens I get that, but the follow up customer service was severely lacking and almost rude. Lost a customer for the sake of a refund or replacement.

1 star as zero not available. This company still owes me 2 of the 3 bamboo plants i ordered, value £80. I think Small Claims will be my next option as they are not returing any of my multiple requests for help or refund. DO NOT USE, disgraceful company.

Eventually, they offered a refund or replacement for the lost plant, and as the plant was still needed, I opted for replacement.

I ordered £40.97 worth of plants with delivery charge all paid for on 23/4/25 and have never received my order.
My numerous attempts to contact them resulted in being told my emails etc were only put into spam and to stop writing.
I to this date have no answer and no goods and no refund.

I ordered three bare root birch trees last autumn. It’s now May and still no sign of life. Completely dead. Sent photos and asked for refund in line with their ‘five year no quibble guarantee’. Told to check again to see if trees were alive. Then told to return at my expense. I have zero faith in actually getting my money back. I think Trading Standards need to investigate this company.

Can only agree with all the poor reviews , the Acer I ordered was a spindly stick , refund if I I send it back at my expense and with original label , they are an absolute disgrace of a company , do not buy from them !!
