2 months after ordering with them I'm still waiting for my order to be completed. I have emailed on numerous occasions, asking where my order was initially but then requesting a refund. No replies, all the negative reviews should be used by them to initiate changes in all aspects of their company, sadly I do not think this will ever happen. Do not buy from them, pay a little extra elsewhere for peace of mind.

I placed an order on 21st June 2025 and have still not received anything. No delivery, no proper updates, no refund – and no customer service whatsoever. I've emailed several times with no response. This has been the most frustrating online order I’ve ever experienced.
Avoid this company unless you want stress, silence, and missing orders. Very disappointing experience.

I have ordered several times with a good experience last year (2024) - however - 2 items this year - plum tree and rose hedging - have not grown and despite 3 emails and a complaint - claiming on the ‘bare root’ guarantee- I have received no response after completing the bark test as requested - which showed them to be dead …. No replacement or refund is forthcoming for these items.
Sadly I won’t be ordering from them again.

Plants were dead or dying, ones advertised as being 'in bloom' were not - and my efforts to receive a refund have been ignored. It's no wonder this company has no phone number - they don't want to deal with customers. They made should have been the pleasant experience of buying plants into something sad. And I'm out of pocket. Truly appalling.

I would say everything went wrong with my order from this company. Ordered plants on 6th June, received them on 5th July. Poor response from customer service when enquired about the delay.
Half of the plants were dead on receipt, not just damaged in transit. The Lupins which would have been in season when ordered had been chopped back to sticks! The larger one had leaves but was barely alive. If they had been in a garden centre they would have been given away for free or disposed off. I don't know how they had the check to even bother packaging them to send!
The only part of the order that was in reasonable condition was the small hedging plants. The Hellebore were in poor health but appear to be alive.
Have requested a refund on the dead plants but have little faith in getting a response! If you ordered clothes and they arrived in tatters and unwearable you would get a refund!!!
OVERALL DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY MAINLY SELL DEAD PLANTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NON EXISTENT!!!
