“ SCAM‼️Order placed on 26th December and still not delivered. Sent multiple emails and received no response. No phone number to contact them. Very poor customer service — would not recommend. ”

When it arrived it was dry, brittle barely any leaves, very different to the picture on the site and what I would expect from A1. I have reached out twice to them and no response at all. I would maybe spend the extra and go to your local garden centre and choose something of quality. ”

“ I order 10 Echinacea plants. They were packed horizontally but the box was delivered vertically. The plants were therefore crushed and 8 were either dead or had no chance of surviving. I took photos, made a report and asked for replacements. I have waited a week and have had no reply. Their guarantees seem worthless. A will go back to Crocus for online plants in future where the products and customers service are both excellent. ”
