SCAM‼️Order placed on 26th December and still not delivered. Sent multiple emails and received no response. No phone number to contact them. Very poor customer service — would not recommend.

I ordered 20 plants. Two were dead. I emailed and enailed the company for replacements and was ignored. I am so glad I didnt have a bigger issue because I don't think they will ever respond. If you hand over money to a company with terrible customer service/ mo phone line you are taking a huge risk. I will mot use them again. Please avoid.

I have complained about hebes and roses which have failed to develop. I have used their contact service several times but they have completely ignored me. I despair. It is a dreadful shame because I have received lots of good plants in the past.

Trees arrived covered in fungus. Customer service is non-existent. Eventually resorted to a court claim to get our money back but they didn't respond to that either so now the bailiffs are on their way.

Terrible product and worse customer service: I ordered a plant which was supposedly graded A1. When it arrived it was dry, brittle barely any leaves, very different to the picture on the site and what I would expect from A1. I have reached out twice to them and no response at all. I would maybe spend the extra and go to your local garden centre and choose something of quality.

I order 10 Echinacea plants. They were packed horizontally but the box was delivered vertically. The plants were therefore crushed and 8 were either dead or had no chance of surviving. I took photos, made a report and asked for replacements. I have waited a week and have had no reply. Their guarantees seem worthless. A will go back to Crocus for online plants in future where the products and customers service are both excellent.

I would give zero start. plants arrived dead, zero customer service. ha dto claim refund thru my bank. took almost month to deliver but anyway there was nothing to rescue.AVOID

Awful customer service. Plants very late after a bereavement. Tried to cancel but was ignored. Had plants after i ordered more, about 3 weeks late. Double money. Terrible customer service as I was just ignored
