Review sites can be very one sided so do not be put off especially as they are live plants and vary from season to season. I'm a very happy life long gardener. ”

“ Ordered a Poinsettia tree for my relative who lives away from me, it arrived badly damaged in transit. It would have been beautiful but it lost most of its leaves in the box. Tia at customer service was really gracious about it and apologetic. They gave me a refund. Very good customer service I am extremely pleased. ”

“ Never known such bad service . Completely outgrown their usefulness. As has been mentioned loads of self promotion, take your money and you’re left without any back up. If my order ever arrives I will not use them again. Other online plants are being delivered so what’s the problem I ask. ”

“ Like everyone else, ordered my plants 4th April I’ve had one email to say goods would be delivered within 15 days of ordering since then nothing, tried their online ticket system to contact them but no response. Phoned by bank an hour ago & raised a dispute, the money is back in my account & they will now contact Gardening Express to get the money back from them. Great service from my bank. ”
