“El color de la camiseta y la sudadera no se parece en nada al elegido. Hablo de una diferencia de 4 tonos mas o menos, en ambas piezas. Por mas inri, he solicitado 70 piezas y todas ellas tienen este problema.”

Hola, lamentamos mucho que no estés conforme con el resultado. Al ser una impresión sobre camisetas de color oscuro y con alto nivel de detalle, la única forma es imprimir en tintas plásticas y siempre tienen un tacto rugoso. Hola Rocío, lamentamos lo que ha sucedido. Al momento que nos comento lo sucedido por correo la hemos llamado para verificar lo que había sucedido. Según tenemos registro el modelo de camiseta lo ha seleccionado usted de la web, la hemos llamado ayer para ver de que manera se puede solucionar pero no tuvimos respuesta. Cualquier duda ya tiene nuestro contacto.

“DISASTER. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO !!! My order was firstly sent to another client, then arrived with the box open, and missing 5 T-shirts from the total 100. , The order was also missing 10 T-Shirts in XL, 10 T-Shirts in L, that I ordered. There were 10 too many in M, and 10 in S that I never ordered. They refused to sort it out and wanted me to pay again to rectify THEIR mistake. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.”

Hello Fiachra, we are really sorry for what happen. We reviewed your order and we are aware of the missing stock (5 units) The visual was sing off as ok for production and we print the stock that was approved in this visual. We offer a solution for those 5 units that were missing but didn't received any response from you. There is a 5% margin of print error or missing stock. For the other garments that you wanted to be printed, but as the visual sent showed other stock and this was approved, we offer a print under a cheaper price. Anything you need you can contact us so we can carry on and solve the missing stock or the missing stock. We are more than happy to continue working together and again sorry for this issue.
