We would have no problem in highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having work done. He came on time and worked well cleaning up as he went along . Thank you Carol and David Blackwell”

“Would highly recommend boiler plan. Excellent service from start to finish by Gary from boiler plan and lee who came out to fit my new combi as i was going from a back boiler to combi i thought the mess would b horrendous but lee and his colleague kept it minimal and cleaned up after themselves. Brilliant!!!”

“From start to finish I felt I was in the capable hands of a company who knew what they were doing, they took all the stress and decision making away from me. I had several quotes one slightly less than Boiler Plan and 3 that were more. Getting the cheapest quote wasn't my main priority, I was undecided whether to change my original 'heat only' boiler to a combi,or whether my system needed a chemical flush etc; I did a WhatsApp video call with Wendy Lynch, Wendy was very professional and guided me through everything and explained the process. within a couple of hours my quote and boiler recommendation arrived by email. I just had a good feel about Boiler Plan and I wasn't disappointed with my choice. I contacted Wendy and she talked me through the type of boiler they would fit, when the job would be done and exactly what they would do. She also took me through all the payment options, once I decided Wendy sorted everything out. On the day of fitting, the engineer Chris Day, arrived promptly. Chris was extremely hard working, very efficient, polite and simply 'got on' with the job. There was quite a bit more work in changing my boiler from heat only to a combi, but Chris planned the job and completed it in good time without fuss or mess, he also ensured we knew exactly how the boiler operated before he left. I was contacted a couple of times by Boiler Plan to ensure I was happy with the whole process. I was also given a 10 year guarantee on the new boiler and offered a maintenance plan that covered the whole of my heating system, including parts and labour for ?96 per year (?8 per month) incorporated in that price was an annual service, absolutely brilliant value for money and for peace of mind and worry free for the next decade.”

“Boiler Plan were the company that came in with the cheapest quote out of several others i looked at. The staff were warm and friendly and the video call from John, to confirm the boiler size etc, was great. The lads who installed the combi boiler i went for were spot on and grafted like proper troopers. I couldn't be more happier.”

“The process from start to finish was excellent. Only a few days from enquiring to having the new boiler installed. The engineer who fitted the boiler Harry Bourn was very efficient, a very polite young man. Explained everything to me. Harry left every thing clean and tidy. Would recommend boiler plan to my friends and family.”

“I have rated the service 5 stars because everyone I dealt with were excellent. From the lady I spoke to on the phone, the guy who came to do the survey and the two lads who did the installation. We did have a an issue with one of the pipes leaking which i noticed later that night. I phoned boiler plan the folliwing morning and the problem was fixed that day. The lads couldn't apologise enough. I didn't feel this was a good enough reason to knock a star off. Things go wrong, it's how the problem is dealt with that is more important. The installation was done in a day with little disruption. They were friendly, helpful and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived.”
