This order was to replace a faulty item. Thte only way we could get the replacement quickly was for us to pay for a second item on the understanding that Hamilton Gas Products would reimburse this amount within 6 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks and we have received no refund, that is why we will not recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed you have not kept to the agreement.
