I had recently tried to return 2 faulty Cleese CSR485 OPSO manual changeover regulators at your shop, and although the staff were fantastic to deal with, I was very disappointed with your returns policy, as I had to buy 2 replacement regulators and was told I could be waiting 6 weeks on a refund. This seems very unfair that I have to be out this extra money during the significant waiting time for refund.

I ORDERED THE MINISIT 0.710.744 AND RECEIVED THE 0.710.743. I HAVE CONTACTED HAMILTON REGARDING THIS AND REQUESTED A RETURN BUT TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION OR CALL BACK. I AM UNABLE TO USE THE VALVES AS THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT THREAD NEAR THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR. DELIVERED ON TIME BUT AS FOR RETURNS IT SEEMS NOT INTERESTED EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE.
