My first experience of this product has left me angry. I paid £40 for 6 sausage packs containing 12 of these organic standard sized beef sausages. Items arrived and looked nothing like images. They were more like thin frankfurters or hot dogs. Packaging seals were not glued down and they were partially open. There is blood inside card packaging and outside of the packaging as can be seen in the images. There is seeped blood on all card packaging which I have never encountered when buying sausages. Cooked two in hot air fryer and was shocked at the amount of impurities and sum that came out of these. They shrunk even further and we’re dry and tasteless considering all the listed ingredients it should contain it was taste less, bland and unnatural. Tried deep frying a couple, and the outcome was exactly the same. I feel robbed and very angry. I definitely do not recommend these at over £6 for 12 supposed standard sausages.

Sirloins were 30 percent fat Expensive for pure fat. Buy from your local butcher. They would never leave this amount of fat on the steak. Selling this face to face with a customer. It would be trimmed very disappointed

Paid a premium for pork products. Eg pork belly~ 70% of them fat instead of meat. Same as mince pork. Called customer service, was told it depends on pig and when they slaughter them. Also was told want to give pig some life hence tend to slaughter when they grow big.. Hence we got to pay premium for buying majority fat. Unless its mentioned clearly on website, dont think it's what consumers pay to buy. It's a balance for animals welfare and what we buy to eat. We dont pay to buy mostly pork fat.
