Was refused return at purchase shop but my local allowed return but said the replacement would fade.
I used to shop a lot a t Gazman for 15 years. No more.”
“Hi, have been buying GAZMAN shirts, Shorts, Jackets and trousers for years, never with an issue. Took back a shirt that the pocket was unstitched to Tooranga head office store. Was told that is was made in 2015 and that often the thread runs out when making the shirts. We did NOT buy it until a much later date than that. Asked if they had a repairer, told "NO". Now under consumer affairs regulations if an item is manufacturing fault the customer is able to have it repaired. I didnt want to argue, left the shirt in and will now take my $1,500 to $2,000 per year to Rodd and Gunn. I NEVER wanted a replacement, I NEVER wanted a refund, just a repair. Having working in footwear retail for over 15 years and then manufacturing of footwear in Australia and China, companies normally have a local repairer to fix small items. Bad service from a business that I have been very pleased with quality and service in the past. Normally I shop at Gazman Ballarat, Bendigo and Tooronga head office. Rodd and Gunn at Doncaster I have been shopping at lately and found the range and staff excellent. Bye bye Gazman. Peter Geraeds, Melbourne and Daylesford.”
“Purchased 2 pair of shorts red pair and blue pair approx 12 months ago, just started wearing them as l am on holidays in Darwin.Too my amazement both pair have developed white marks on them after 3washes ,appears to be faulty material, can not wear them any more in this state,very disappointed.”
