“An agent from Allianz helped me file my claim and upload the necessary documents. They still denied it and the reason was lack of documents. I uploaded flight receipts, tickets, proof of lost baggage, and everything else they asked for. A lowlife used car salesmen business with no ethics or morals.”

“JUST BEEN CHARGED €170.12 FOR TRANSFERRING MY INSURANCE TO A SMALLER CAR, HOW SAD IS THAT, DRIVING 40YRS AND NEVER AN ACCIDENT AND THATS HOW YOUR TREATED BY THIS LOT. GIVE THEM A MISS, MY INSURANCE IS UP IN THE NEW YEAR AND HAVE A QUOTE FROM "GETSETGO INS" FOR €135 LESS THAN ALLIANZ SO THEIR LOSS. CROOKS”

“Appauling experience. Pet Insurance with Allianz for 9yrs never one claim .When I contacted them phone rang for 4 minutes.Then a person told me my Dog over 8yrs no Insurance pay exact words..I said I wanted a manager she said someone would call me.A girl Anna called me.I said my Dog was at vets for Diagnosis. Is this a recurring issue she said.I said no just been diagnosed I I only have your word for that What a way to treat a loyal customer of 28yrs.making out I was telling lies. I informed her contact my vets for a report.How could my Animal have an on going issue Insuraed with them since he was 5 months. She eventually said we will see.Anna contacted my Vet got my Dogs report.Then on statement of invoice I sent 35% was reduced for his age.I was not informed of this huge amount.Why is Allianz insuring older dogs if they not will willing to pay out. They simply do not care.I will ensure my family will not renew ever again with this company. I am contacting all media about this company. I may now have to euthanasia my beloved dog as I was initially told peace of mind.All procedures hospitalisation paid for. Anna was supposed to call me back no call. First call was to a Person in India who was reculant to tell ne location.All I want is less than € 1000 paid to me..”

“We have car insurance through Allianz, we went to our online account to change our car (as we have purchased a new one). Straightforward process until we got to the ‘choose a date’ option for the change to take effect, as the system just did not allow us to move to the next level. This happened continuously. I did online chat, was informed to just change the registration number online, I refused as I would be putting a registration on a car, that it didn’t belong to! A ticket was raised and informed it would be investigated and I would be contacted via email, 24 hours later and I am no further forward. You are unable to speak with anyone over the telephone as this is an online insurance only, even when their system fails, there is no one you can speak to, as I was told today when I called the claims line. I now have insurance for a car I no longer own, and am unable to transfer to my new vehicle that I also cannot collect!!!!! The prices are competitive but honestly not worth the hassle when changes need made, and their system is at fault, and they literally have no one you can speak to, therefore no way to amend your policy. Atrocious service and awful experience.”

“Borderline scam company. Unfortunately got unwell on my last day of holiday. Had to go to a clinic and be seen by a doctor. Once all that was done I then get a phone call from Allianz firstly asking me to pay for the cover upfront and then they would pay me back after I fill in a form. I said no, and the backed down straight away (obviously a dodgy attempt to get people to pay for them). Then I get a call from them later the same evening telling me my policy is invalid as the cover dates were wrong. They mixed up my date of birth with the start date of the cover! And they refused to admit their mistake and had to make several calls and send several emails. Firstly this al showed a total lack of consideration for the fact that I was on the last day of my holiday with my family and I was really unwell. Secondly they were trying everything they could to get out of paying. Do not use them.”
