just wonder was hit bye a driver about 8 week back just wondering what pay out im intilted to with whiplash and soft tishue damage to my hand and fingers
Hi, if I take out car insurance and make changes during the term of the policy, such as changing driver from provisional to full or temporarily remove a driver and add back for occasional times what is the likely admin fee. Please also confirm that you can make the above changes with Churchill. Thanks
Why does Churchill not provide Terms and Conditions that are legible? Their T&Cs booklet can not be read properly as the font size of the text is too small. This is the second year that they have issued illegible T&Cs to me. I have made a formal complaint to them (53942598) and written to the CEO, Paul Geddes, and six Non-Executive Directors. Have been bombarded with loads of correspondence in massive size font, none of which deals with the issue, instead just insults my intelligence! I have reported them to the FCA, for failing to supply legible T&Cs which is against the law. The FCA, have just basically responded by saying that they will add it to their file. I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman, but they are just going through the motions and don't seem to be taking the issue very seriously. May I suggest that all Churchill Car Insurance customers with normal or correctible eyesight try to read the 35 page booklet without straining their eyes. I have explored all available options to resolve this matter, other than spending thousands of pounds on legal fees, can anyone suggest anything to make them do the right thing?
Why have you denied my solicitor J H Powell the right to cancel my house insurance. He is acting as a lasting power of attorney, as I am Colombia having sold my house in England. I authorise him to cancel my policy as discussed with you prior to leaving England on the 13th December 2017
Not really a question more an observation. It seems your rating comes out at nearly 4 but it mostly 5 stars price and customer relations but mostly 1 star for experience of claims and change charges.
Hello thinking of swapping my insurance this month as my premiums seem to just keep rising even though I’ve never make a claim in the 32 years of driving if I decide to go with Churchill will the price I’ve been quoted remain around the same this time next year lm a male aged 48 and is the system of changing the policy from my car to say me buying a different car straight forward also do you send me the appropriate documents through the post or is it all on line thanks
