trying to work out what I paid Devitt 187.11 for in early January. Could it be a year's European travel insurance via World First insurance company? Do you deal with them in this way? Thank you. Lillias Noble

Sorry we missed your phone call regarding claim excess from donotreply@carpenters-law.co.uk. we have already filled in a form on the 7th november and put the receipt we had from the garage which we paid £ 100 excess. After phoning them they said they had not received the forms back!!!. Which to me is a very poor excuse. If you would like to contact us again we are available

Why don't you answer your phone, I take it you do not wish for business.. I have been on hold for 90mins and still waiting for you to call back from an earlier query. obviously a poor company to deal with and clearly goes hand in hand with the reviews on line.
