“The were about to cancel my insurance without contacting . The bank cancelled DD by mistake. Being away from home I had no idea. It was I who phone Express insurance to ask why the last installment had not been taken. They informed me the policy was about to be cancelled. They had written to me and would not text or email me. I could have possibly been driving without insurance. Poor service and irresponsible. Every part of this documentation is done on line so why not such an important notification like this. I will not return to Express in the future.

“I was trying to get. Car insurance quote today and wasted nearly two hours on the phone without any answers. I rang the first time and the lady said I was through to the wrong dept but she would transfer me but instead I was disconnected. I tried again and got a man who went through all the relevant questions connected to the quote, finally he said he was going to retrieve my quotes and he would be gone for a while but not to worry as he would be back on the line shortly with the prices. I hung on then realised I had been cut off. So I rang again and the woman said we could start again and she would take over or the gentleman I had been dealing with would phone me back. I didn’t want to go through it all again and as she reassured me he would phone back, I waited and I waited but no call. I am very disappointed as I wasted time and money on the phone and still haven’t got a quote”
“Been having the worse expirience with this company and still.never ending. Half their advisors don't know DPA at all. At least 4 times they have breach data protection. Cutting lines off, cant be bother to deal with everything, I'm done with them I have multiple complaints with them and I'm really fed up with them tbh I'm done. If you insure with them expect long hours on calls, poor costumer service untrain staff and they have 2 office one in South Africa which might as well run by circus jokers. BE WARN DO NOT GO WITH THEM”
“Avoid!!! Took out policy via compare so you'd think it was a, legit company. As with others, no proof of insurance, hassle with direct debit that I sorted the previous week and hit with an 80 quid cancellation fee. Contacted close brother finance as that's who broker was and they had all my details on previous bikes. Nothing for new one. Stay clear”
“Took a policy out, to pay monthly only to find the cancelled it for no reason! Called them and they rectified it (after riding with no insurance for 3 days)! They sent me a letter threatening to cancel if I don't send certain documents by the 11th May, I sent documents and got home today to a letter saying they had cancelled it and I needed to pay £54 - again after riding with no insurance since the 12th May! Absolute scammers”
