fter this company closed my account upon my request for the profits I had invested, I felt quite upset. However, the assurance and assistance offered by AMDARK LIMITED // C0M in processing my refund within a few days demonstrated their deserving reputation. It was indeed the wisest choice I made, as they were the ones who successfully reclaimed my funds.

They react quickly to other requests, but they never showed up and ceased answering my requests when it came to completing my withdrawals. After a lengthy wait, I spoke with my lawyer, who suggested the trustworthy company COVSECLTD*COM. I was able to explain my situation and received the help I needed to get my money back.

I've used Intasure for over 10 years to insure my holiday properties. When I was burgled a few years ago they were absolutely great, and even pointed out that I'd missed a couple of things that were covered by the policy. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Intasure had no problem offering me a combined household insurance policy in 2020 on a house they knew was built in the early 1900s. They never sent anyone over to inspect it before they made a decision and were informed at the time that a thorough survey on the house came back with no reported issues. Two weeks ago, they declined a claim relating to damages caused to my roof by storm Babet in October, citing general 'wear and tear' as the cause of the damage. What was rather poor was their attempt to back up their decision by arguing that there was not enough damage to neighbouring properties to suggest that the storm was indeed the cause of the damage to my roof. Having been their customer since 2016, I now deeply regret the £££s I spent on their premium, which would have been enough to cover at least half the cost of the roof replacement bill that I now have to foot either way.

When I bought my holiday home about 10 years ago I went with Intasure. After not claiming for 6 years I had a leak in my boiler and needed carpets replaced in the bedroom and hallway which they did with little hassle. 2 years later I got broken into and had an amount of cash stolen. I asked if I could claim for this and the lady said lift it all and how you got it and we will see what we can do. I did this over the next two weeks and was told no we don't cover cash I said "well I wasn't told that I've just wasted my time". Never mind... they paid for a new door lock after the break in. About a week before renewal I noticed that the bathroom floor had gone spongy and was giving way due to the leak some years previously so I found them up about that. I was told yes take photos of the damage etc and it will be part of the existing claim for the flood in the first place so you will not pay excess. I thought this was quite good so took photos sent them to them and started a claim. About a week later my insurance was due for renewal and I just got an email saying they had decided to cancel it and would not renew me! I asked three times why this was but never got an answer it was a company decision apparently? My insurance by then had run out and I had a letter from the site manager saying I was in breach of contract as I had no insurance on my mobile home and he gave me a week to get it!I tried to get insurance which is part of my contract to be on this site from other companies but because I had an ongoing claim with Intasure they refused to insure me. I had no option but to cancel my claim with Intasure which is probably what they wanted originally. I then found a company that was willing to ensure me even though I'd had insurance cancelled (which stays on your record for about five years) and many other companies won't touch you. Basically they left me up s*** creek without a paddle I would not recommend them at all.

THIS COMPANY WERE RECOMMENDED BUT I HAVE SHARED THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THE PERSONS WHO PROVIDED THE RECOMMENDATION SO THEY CAN AVOID SUCH.

We were astonished to learn that @intasure have arbitrarily changed the terms of our apartments’ policies retrospectively, with no notice, leaving us seriously exposed in terms of public liability on communal areas. Hardly Treating Customers Fairly! Very shabby.

Excellent service received from Intasure Owning a holiday home abroad is not something one should aspire to unless you are going to use it more than just a couple of times a year and you are prepared for the unexpected charges involved in owning a property in the UK or abroad. One of the most important costs is of course property insurance and it is obviously vital to select an insurance company you can rely on to pay up when things go wrong. When we originally bought our holiday home in Mallorca it was insured by the previous owners with a Spanish company so we continued with the same company for several years, despite the policy and all documentation being written in Spanish, a language which we were conversant with but not good enough for anything technical. As premiums increased each year we decided to investigate insuring with a British company and discovered Intasure, whose premiums were cheaper and additionally documents were all in English. Back in 2018 a major storm flooded parts of Mallorca and our house suffered considerable damage. We duly contacted Intasure to inform them, wondering if this was the start of a nightmare, as so often happens with less reputable insurance companies, or our claim would be sympathetically handled, which turned out to be the case. Intasure arranged for a Loss Adjustor from Mainland Spain, who spoke perfect English, to meet us at the house and he carefully made a detailed and thorough assessment of the damage caused by the flooding. It took three years to finalise the claim, through no fault of the Loss Adjustor or Intasure, but as a result of substantial repairs having to be carried out by builders and other workmen. In addition long delays were caused by the Covid pandemic which prevented us from travelling to Mallorca to oversee the final work to be completed, the installation of new air-conditioning units. The Loss Adjustor/Intasure were extremely fair and payments were made in instalments as money was needed to pay the builders and workmen. Intasure did not quibble about any of the costs, which we tried to keep as reasonable as possible, and our claim was settled in full a short while ago. Thanks to Intasure the insurance nightmare never materialised and we would certainly recommend them to other holiday home owners requiring a reputable insurance company.

Very disappointed with Intasure I have been with them for twelve years and the first time I need to make a claim they have come up with every excuse not to pay out. Would not recommend them.

The service was excellent throughout. The advisor was professional, approachable and genuinely had the customer at the heart of the process. Nothing was too much for the young lady and she answered or found out the answer to every question. I would definitely recommend family and friends. Thank you

Intasure is one of a few companies that insures holiday homes in Italy for earthquake. I have been with them for a number of years and have not made a claim yet, so I cannot vouch for their responsiveness there. However, renewing the policy and the price each year has been easy and Intasure have been easy to get hold of.

I am a expat living in Poland, Intasure was recommended by my mum about 8 years ago who has her holiday home insurance for a place in Cyprus, anyway early in 2019 the worse happened and my home was severely flooded. The very next day I contacted Intasure and arrangements were made for the loss adjuster to fly out two days later, I was assigned my very own claim manager who was always on hand to help me (Alexandra) and was always patient to answer the million questions I had as never experienced anything like this before. Having someone out so quickly was amazing and allowed them to see first hand the seriousness of the flood. 4 months later I have just moved back in and the house is perfect again. I cannot recommend them more highly, without their help and level of cover I would have been in a much worse situation.

It's all great until you make a claim! Please be warned that not everthing is covered that you would expect. Being a long term customer I was confident that my laptop would be covered, but in their own words, "we wouldn't expect you to take it with you" (but it's a portable laptop?) and you should have "separate insurance for this". Customer service is terrible during the claim. Intasure said that during the claim "I didn't answer my phone". Ok, but you can send me an email! The majority of people live busy lives and don't sit next to the phone all day! It's better to find a company that care about their customers. Very disappointed with the whole process. :(
