wheres the phone number ? reading these reviews and through my own experience whats a reputable name getting into insurance for ? don't they make enough money out of their stores ?
I am looking to take out home Insurance and was reading your reviews which I must say are worrying to say the least , why are they so bad and can you reassure me that I would not suffer the same fate as some of your other customers.
If i buy your home+content insurance online, would I get all policy documents and the booklet, by post? If I have to call out a plumber in an sand do. I have to pay excess and would it effect my no claims. Also, if I go away for more than 60 days what happens to the policy, is there any provision to cover this
