“ Purchased these flowers from M&S for £35 and was well impressed with the excellent customer service and the regular updates on my order...delivery time...ect and the flowers were delivered on time and my wife loved her flowers for valentines day! Excellent value for money, and brilliant service well done M&S. Flowers are still as lovely as the day they were delivered on valentines day! ”

“ I have had a monthly delivery for over a year no and mostly they are great. The larger flower heads come with a strange protector over them This emphatically does not suit sunflowers. The delivery is dumped on the front step with the red card ontop which is not ideal if I'm out. ”

“ Very disappointed to discover the delivery date couldn't be altered. My work colleagues sent me a bouquet for my 70th birthday. They didn't realise I was going to be away from home. The flowers arrived and were put in a safe place but were a little droopy by the time I returned 3 days later. I was given the booking reference & tried to ring to alter the date. The automated voice said this is not possible. Very poor service in my opinion. ”
