Hi I have spent over 3 days speaking to sales. Firstly was going to re new a policy on my new car I was in a queue for over half an hour to be told they could not insure my new car. Phoned the next day having spoken with my car dealer queued again for over half an hour to be told we are closing ring back tomorrow. Rang the next day took 6 attemps to get through and told insurance declined on the new car. The person I spoke to said he would have to find out what to do and would phone back he did not. As I was picking my new car up on the sat I went with a different insurance company who insured it straight away. No doubt it will take a big effort to cancel my old policy and administration fee,s this a joke
