“Got a policy through confused.com, no warning to say they wanted a load of paperwork including proof of address, the standard no claims and a copy of my CBT.... We are a paperless society !!! I don't have bills on paper, for this reason I couldn't be assed with the paperwork. Sent what I could and some doll called me to confirm cancellation of the policy. Three weeks in it cost me over 60% of my premium to cancel.... THIEVES !!! STAY CLEAR !!!”
“Been with them almost 10yrs had no issues at all with them until this week when I went to change address underwriter won't insure to the required address where the bike will be kept with policy not due to expire for 3months so bike now will be insured to the wrong place where it is not actually kept at the cost of £90 extra to be paid within 7days or policy will be cancelled so I'm not impressed with the service I've had the last year this company has seriously gone downhill I have told them I will Not be renewing with them as not happy with the prices I'm being charged or service provided seriously dissapointed up until this I've highly recommended this company to many people but won't be any more”

They had asked via online form if a second car was being used by us, it was stated 'no' by ourselves. They put the insurance through.

“Total cowboys. Do not buy from these people. Took out a policy via compare the market and was told that no claims couldn’t be used from my other bike and would increase policy by over £120, they also weren't up to speed on DVLA protocols for my licence category and were trying to tell me I had to have a valid CBT despite having a licence but then checks and confirmed I was right. Re-ran quotes on CTM and came out over £100 less than their quote so told them wanted to cancel within cooling off period at which point they advise I’ll only receive a partial refund of around £70 and they can’t match the new CTM quote with no claims added. Left in a situation where I’ve no choice to pay the extra and be insured through them. Will never use them again, be warned before you make the same mistake.”
