Wanted to change my bike with 3 months remaining, they wanted more for three months than taking out a new policy elsewhere for a year. I told them not to bother to which the very stroppy female customer service employee informed me that as I had obviously sold my other bike, they will cancel the policy and I still have one month to pay. Then went on telling me if I cancel my direct debit they will instruct a debt collector and affect my credit scoring, I will also lose all my NCB, That was the final straw, I had no intention of A. selling my bike. B. stopping my direct debit and C. its on classic cover where I don't use my NCB on it. Very good customer services love, you lost your company a customer in two minutes, your company must see you as a great asset.

Been with them almost 10yrs had no issues at all with them until this week when I went to change address underwriter won't insure to the required address where the bike will be kept with policy not due to expire for 3months so bike now will be insured to the wrong place where it is not actually kept at the cost of £90 extra to be paid within 7days or policy will be cancelled so I'm not impressed with the service I've had the last year this company has seriously gone downhill I have told them I will Not be renewing with them as not happy with the prices I'm being charged or service provided seriously dissapointed up until this I've highly recommended this company to many people but won't be any more

Canceled policy today. I had policy for 7.5 months. Total cost £646. Refund from them £32 only.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I took out cover on my ZZR1200 but was unable to get my proof of no claims from my previous insurer (MCE) because they’ve gone bust. As a result they decided not to cover me. They just informed me I owe them £47.00 cancellation fee. I’ve already paid them £50.00 for two week’s insurance already. They are rip off merchants. I wish I’d read the reviews on Trustpilot before approaching this company.

There is only one person on the phone line so you will always have to wait about an hour to get through. If you are in the Q at 17:00 they will automatically hang up on you as they have finished. They will also ask for NI number, shoe size and what you had for dinner last week.

Avoid at any cost. Went to save a few pounds over other reputable insurers. Insured my motorbike and the next day called them to see why my bike is showing as not insured on MID. They run through my details and they said there is an error which they were unable to correct and they had to cancel my policy. I asked for a refund but they refused. They charged me 50£ for 20 hours policy. Its a scam. AVOID

these people are crooks, they will ask you to do an unreasonable amount of their work for them, random documents from here there and everywhere. Trying to speak with them is a generally negative experience. If you want to cancel your policy with them they will rob you, dont expect more than a few quid back. These people are the worst insurers I have ever dealt with, and generally one of the worst companies. Avoid at all costs

Shocking service Had policy 3 weeks would not accept my no clames ? Threatening to cancel policy So had no choice so I had to cancel it And they now are going to keep all of my policy money it's a scam !

Took a policy with this company on the 28th of this month pricing seemed good today they rang me the 31st to say they're what another £90 because I didn't declare something on it I said that was ridiculous I would cancel now they are trying to charge me £50 for cancelling when I'm still in the 14-days cancellation period companies absolutely scam keep away

DONT USE THIS COMPANY Called this company 4 times last week no one ever answers the phone. What a waste of time. My last call was today calling immediately at 0900 hrs only to be told that I was no 2 in the queue. I waited, waited and continued for 1 hour 9 mins still no one answered, at which point I hung up. The service is atrocious and despite trying to get a quote on line it always refers to giving the company a call. I have never ever come across such poor service.

Thay are keeping you in phone for over a hour or more then when you get to number one in line then thay cut you off what a joke of a insurance company. Over 3and half hrs in phone then cut off every time

Policy auto renewed and I asked them to cancel as I didn't want it renewed. Charged me £70 "cancellation fee", the policy was £120 for the year and it had only been 10 days. Also seen some awful reviews about their underwriter wriggling out of any claims should one come up. Will be avoiding and telling everyone my experience.

Don't bother with them, I took out a policy with a cooling off period. Never used it because I didn't pick-up the bike. They charged me £20 on a £90 policy for 6 days of non use. You do the maths. Cooling off period??????? Won't be using them again 🤔

With cheap prices come cheap service, cancelled my insurance because they require a "higher rated occupation". God forbid someone is taking up a part-time job while doing university, completely unacceptable manner in the eyes of wicked quotes (purposely not using capitals). AVOID!

Got a policy through confused.com, no warning to say they wanted a load of paperwork including proof of address, the standard no claims and a copy of my CBT.... We are a paperless society !!! I don't have bills on paper, for this reason I couldn't be assed with the paperwork. Sent what I could and some doll called me to confirm cancellation of the policy. Three weeks in it cost me over 60% of my premium to cancel.... THIEVES !!! STAY CLEAR !!!

Insured by them. Took the money in full. Two weeks later received letter stating insurance cancelled and no refund at all. Phoned but the scammers dont even want to know and dont answer the phone. They had asked via online form if a second car was being used by us, it was stated 'no' by ourselves. They put the insurance through. Reason they cancelled insurance, was because I had no second car??? Wtf??? Why then let it go through online form??? Bunch of scammers They also comes under Sky Insurance. They are both have Facebook and other social network pages if you need to leave them another well deserved review. Thumbs down. I would not recommend.
