“very happy, let's you decide what will you pay for your car insurance, if you drive unresponsibly, like harsh braking or fast accelerating and cornering you will not make any comeback money, but If you will driver responsibly and see actions further you will get rewarded by reducing your payments, good luck!”

“It is alright. There were some difficulties in the beginning with the confirmation of the journeys. For some reason the app just stops working, and in some cases it is not up to date with the speed limits. It records speeding even though I am doing the speed limit. And it is very difficult to contact you. Other than these, I’m happy with it.”

“Very helpful staff, yet the 'oppurtunity to pay less for good driving' still yet to come. Even though my score is 90 and I received email that my premium will be reduced I was charged same amount for five months now, and I have contacted WiseDriving about it and was told that this was sent for investigation, been two and a half weeks and still no news if I'm getting a refund for overcharge and if my premium will be charged as it should.”

“Everything from month to month, I have been threatened repeatedly with cancellation despite doing everything asked of me they didn’t take my information that was on the front seat when the box was fitted, then they lost the no claims but not the log book and doubled the charges, even when this was sorted out I was still charged some sort of interest. I have even had to ask for an apology as none gets offered. This disgusts me. When I escalated it to a manager he was beyond rude and as I work in a call centre as a solutions expert I understand Exactly how he should have been instead of acting like I was an inconvenience. Oh and when I said I wanted to cancel because of all of the problems I was told I had to pay the cancellation fee of £175 I believe it was. So I have had to endure the worst customer service experience of my life. Please read the notes on my account, it’s horrific! I was with my previous insurance company for years and only changed when I changed my car as they weren’t offering new policies, but I cannot wait for my year with Wisedrive to end as I will not be renewing. I have 9 years no claims as I was a named driver for years and have my advanced driving so I was easy money for you but I have no faith in your company. None at all.”
