There team demonstrated exceptional transparency, responsiveness, and support throughout the entire process. They guided me through each stage with clarity, transforming what initially felt overwhelming into something completely manageable. I greatly appreciated their honesty and open communication. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy assistance.

I am sharing my experience for anyone considering joining Wise Driving. I have been insured with Wise Driving since February 2024, when I purchased my first car. As a young female driver, I would not recommend this company—particularly to new or young drivers. Over the past two years, I have paid approximately £5,500 in premiums. During this time, I maintained an almost perfect driving score, consistently between 91 and 96. For the first year and a half, my experience was positive. The black box was not overly strict, and I appreciated being able to monitor my score online. However, after moving to university, I began experiencing an issue where, if my car was left unused for more than three days, the battery would be completely flat when I returned to it. This had never happened previously, as I used the car daily before moving away. I contacted Wise Driving to ask whether the black box could be causing the issue. Initially, I was told it would not. During a later call, another representative gave me permission to remove the black box temporarily to see whether the battery problem continued, and stated that a replacement box would be ordered as my current one might be faulty. I was told it would arrive within a week, with no mention of any charge. I was also asked to email a photograph of the box connected to the battery for review by the telematics team. I received no response regarding this. I subsequently replaced the car battery with a brand-new one and removed the black box while waiting for the replacement. The garage advised that the telematics device could be draining the battery, as no other faults were found with the vehicle. I provided this information to Wise Driving. During the period without the box installed, the new battery functioned perfectly and did not fail once, suggesting the device may have been the cause. A few weeks later, I still had not received a replacement. Instead, I was informed by email that my policy would be cancelled within seven days due to a lack of black box activity. When I called, I was told that no replacement had actually been ordered and that I would need to pay £45 for a new device. This was extremely frustrating, as I had removed and disposed of the original unit based on the earlier advice and had not been told there would be a charge. Wise Driving said they would conduct an internal investigation into my complaint. They later responded that I had only been told I would receive a free replacement if the telematics team identified a fault based on the photograph I had sent. They claimed no fault was found—although it is unclear how a battery-drain issue could be diagnosed from a single image, particularly when a qualified garage had suggested this was the likely cause. I paid for the new box so that my policy could continue. After installation, the problem immediately returned: my brand-new battery went flat again. At this point, I had already paid for: * A replacement battery * A battery charger * A new telematics device All while continuing to pay approximately £150 per month for insurance. When I contacted Wise Driving again to discuss cancelling my policy, which had only three months remaining, I felt there was little understanding of the situation. I raised safety concerns about potentially being stranded late at night if my car failed to start while travelling to and from my university job. The focus of the conversation instead shifted to the fact that I had not yet declared my new part-time employment, despite only just starting the role. I was told I would need to pay around £150 for a diagnostic test and that reimbursement would only be considered if the black box was proven to be at fault. As a student, I explained that I could not afford this. I was also informed that cancelling the policy would incur a fee of approximately £250. Even if the device were proven to be the cause, I was told this fee would still apply, despite Wise Driving being a black-box-only insurer. After paying roughly £5,500 over two years and maintaining an excellent driving record, I found the lack of practical support extremely disappointing. I have now arranged insurance with another provider, without a black box, at a cost £100 per month cheaper. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others—particularly young drivers—to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

One of the turning points came when I started working with RANGEPRO.ORG. After weeks of frustration with poor support elsewhere, I was completely stuck. But RANGEPRO.ORG took the time to understand my situation, genuinely listened, and took meaningful action. They kept me in the loop with consistent updates and, in the end, helped me resolve the issue. Their support made all the difference.

Having my trading account suddenly inaccessible after a withdrawal rejection was terrifying. I was worried about my funds. But Mrs. Mercy and her support team were incredible. They managed to resolve the problem efficiently and helped me regain access to my account and funds. Highly recommended!

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I had to contact them three times to get back into my on line account. First two calls were unsuccessful at getting me into account. The third call was successful but the third customer service assistant was incredibly patronising and dismissed. I was made to feel quite stupid for not being able to get into my account when they had unregistered me 😳

Absolute con men! Acceleration scores were recored at 0 for a month. everything else was up above 90% I complained, they said nothing was wrong I complained again and their 8 week complaints procedure took 15 weeks! I got sent a new black box and acceleration scores started coming in, low but at least a value. They eventually responded to the complaint saying "we are unable to uphold your complaint" even though the new black box at least proved the first one was not recording acceleration at all. I spent an hour on the phone to their complaints department when they repeated "we are unable to uphold your complaint". I said by stating that they are falsifying records as we had proven my complaint was correct. The complaints person refused to let me speak to a manager as they "are not the face of the company". I told her if she put on record my complaint was not upheld then they were falsifying records, she refused to do anything or let me speak to anyone. These guys are conmen, willing to falsify records willingly for their own profit! NEVER TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

Hi, Thank you for your review. While I understand you remain unhappy, and without going into specific details regarding your complaint, I can confirm that a full investigation was completed. At no stage did we identify any issues with the data collected. We have provided full details within your complaint regarding the specific of what occurred. As you remain unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, I have noted this; however, no further investigation will be conducted. It is always unfortunate when a customer remains dissatisfied, but we are confident in the thoroughness of our investigation and outcome. Many thanks, Angela

My policy was renewed without my permission. I had to pay almost £100 for this mistake at the end.

Wise driving could not insure me from a different address when I moved, leaving me to cancel the policy 3 days prior to cancellation. I set up a policy with a different insurer and cancelled the policy with wise driving. I then receive a text message demanding that I ring through with a reference number. I did so to be told that I owe another £60 today otherwise the debt collectors would be informed. I asked why and how I owe this amount and the advisor told me she didn't know why then proceeded to ask if I had extras like breakdown cover etc. I explained I didn't, however one would have thought she would already know that! I ask for a breakdown of costs to which I am told I cannot have as the systems are being upgraded! I am certainly not willing to pay for something that cannot be explained by the insurance company and I will not be threatened with debt collectors! An incompetent company whom causes great concern regarding the way in which they treat their customers! Complaint going to be directed to the ombudsman.

Absolute scammers! Cancelled my daughters car insurance do to a late payment even though my husband called and tried to pay it, they wouldn’t talk to him. The payment was not even a full month late and we are not able to get hold of anyone. They are dealing with a 17 year old with very little experience with finances and credit agreements. They take advantage of the young people and scam money out of them. Poor poor service

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received. Due to data protection laws, we can only speak to the policyholder unless they have authorsied another person on their account. To speak to you we would simply need the policyholder to call us and confirm they give you authorisation to speak on their behalf. If a payment has defaulted, you would need to speak to the finance provider. The funding company are who you are paying your monthly direct debits to. The policyholder would have signed a credit agreement with them and been provided with their contact information. When payment has defaulted, they will inform the policyholder and allow time before payment is attempted again, before issuing a cancellation notice. That cancellation notice will then also provide a 7 days before the cancellation is enforced. Regards, Holly

Hi, Thank you for your review. As the insurance broker, we are unable to confirm the way in which a renewal quote is calculated by the insurer. However, I am able to confirm that at the time of generating a renewal quote, a number of factors are taken into account by the insurer which will determine the best price available, this would include, but may not be limited to, driving history, age, vehicle type and area. Regarding the driving licence number, some comparison sites will ask for this information but it has no effect on the premium that we give you. Many thanks, Adam

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. The telematics device uses the same mechanism to monitor acceleration and braking. If both scores were showing as 0, this would indicate a problem. However, as only acceleration is scoring 0, this would indicate there isn't an issue with the telematics device. Saying that, you can of course ask us to look into this for you. Would could provide you with more information of when and where your acceleration score is coming out at 0, for example. We do experience high calls volumes on occasion, which we cannot always predict unfortunately. You can also email us or message us on social media too. Our phone umber is 01733 308358 and we are open 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 -13:00 Saturday but closed Sunday. Kind regards, Holly

Scamers. They canceled my policy without notice. Didn't pay me 30 pounds from a claim, and charged me an extra 140 pounds for cancellation which wasn't previously announced. AVOID THIS SCAMERS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Scammers!!!! My husband had his policy cancelled due to no fault of his own he dropped his car off for a mot, and the car mechanic decided to use my husband's car without my husbands permission at 103mph my husband informed them this was not him and provided them with all the information they asked for where car was, police reference number ect they seemed happy and put husband's policy back week later they sent email saying your policy is been cancelled we called thinking they had made mistake but once we eventually got through they told us no we are cancelling the policy reason is because u didn't tell car mechanic that there was a black box in the car which is absolutely absurd we only took the car for mot by law and now been punished for someone else's actions we have been mistreated by wise driving and will be taking this case further.....

Hi, We’re sorry to read of your unfortunate experience: please be assured this is truly not our intention. We really do appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately anyone who drives the car will be monitored and it is the responsibility of the car owner to make anyone aware they leave their car with that a telematics device is fitted to the car. I can see a complaint has been logged for you and a complaint handler will be assigned to your case and investigate the situation fully for you. Many thanks, Angela
