Absolute scammers!
Cancelled my daughters car insurance do to a late payment even though my husband called and tried to pay it, they wouldn’t talk to him. The payment was not even a full month late and we are not able to get hold of anyone. They are dealing with a 17 year old with very little experience with finances and credit agreements. They take advantage of the young people and scam money out of them. Poor poor service
